Foods good probably easily my favorite but could open the doors anytime. Lines are long and patience has never been a virtue of mine. Plus although COVID is still at play, it's not going anywhere. Let it be the peoples choice to stay or eat on the run.

Disrespectful young man was upset because I told him I didn't need a drink carrier so he basically throw my drinks at me I then told him he needs to find new job if he can't respect other people wishes. Burger we're cold and buns hard, however the fries were fresh. Still not able to go in building. Probably won't stop again.

If you want to order stuff one way and receive it the complete opposite EVERY SINGLE TIME, this is the place for you. It's gotten to the point where I cannot go or I'm going to literally get sick. I order my McDoubles with no ketchup, no pickles, add XTRA mustard. I have not gotten it right once. I am allergic to ketchup so this leaves me having paid for food I can't eat and I live to far to return back.
I did make a complaint online and talked with someone in Tawas that was supposed to send me something in the mail but, I never received it. At this point, I do not care if I do. I will not be going back and I will be leaving bad reviews on all platforms. I have pictures but for some reason I can't post them.

July 4 morning went to get coffee from McDonald’s and found out the lobby was closed so we went to the drive-through where we were told we could not order anything because we did not have a car. I will never go back to this McDonald’s again. I wish I could give them negative stars.

Food is never hot. You have to pay $3.00 for a "large" fry that has MAYBE a small fry put into the box (seriously about 20 fries total). They have nothing that resembles healthy food anymore - no wraps, salads, etc. This place has gone downhill so much the last few years, which is terrible for a town that has very few places to choose from.

I paid for a LARGE big mac meal with no cheese and got medium fries and a big mac with the filet o fish bread with 2 things of meat and a little sauce like really

Was a nice one from the outside went through drive thru because it was snowing needed to get home 2 hour drive my other half said the fries don't taste like dirt and hot chicken sandwiches were very good we stopped at the one on S.Bay Alpena if I'm up that way again I will be stopping back in

There was no quality control in the food I recieved, it was poorly prepared and looked like the condiments were just thrown on the burger. The sauce was barely present as you can see by the photos. When the night manager was approached and seen my complaint, he just refunded the sandwich, said sorry as he walked away to get my refund. I had to get his attention to even look me in the eye. No concern on his face at all. Unsatisfactory, I used to enjoy McDonald's, and now I don't think I'll be returning unless changes are made by both management as well as crew. The only true and believable apology I received was from the young man who took my order. Kudos to him.
