I used the drive through. Love the new touch screen, very convenient! Although, My sandwich did not taste right, something was off. I asked for extra sauce and did not get it. They also gave me the wrong bag of chips, didn't realize til I got home. Slow down and pay attention crew.

Will never order from the Oscoda subway again. Made an online order last night. App said food was ready, but when I got there I was told they were out of bread and it would be about 30-40 minutes. So I left and came back 40 minutes later. Not one thing of bread was done and was told it would be a few more minutes. So I asked for my money back and I got told that she could do refunds on online orders and there wasn't anyone there that could. So moral of the story 8s is Subway robbed me and my family of food and $30.

Drive thru & they have a touch screen kiosk outside that we fill out ourselves from inside the car, the driver has to starch out & touch the screen, I had no idea. Never used one like that before

Was supposed to drop in and grab lunch for work and the sub should have been done when I showed up. By the time I got there they had not even started making my sub and when I did get it they put ranch on it instead of sweet onion sauce. They tried to fix it by covering it in sweet onion sauce instead of starting over again. Usually they are pretty good about getting food out at a decent speed
