Bf and I were excited to go get a spicy chicken sandwich after not eating all day, we had one in tawas last week and thought it was really good, so we went and waited in that long line, he order two chicken sandwich combos, one with no pickles, that’s it. The woman ringing it up says it’s gonna be way less than what it should be, so he corrects her, she must have only rung up sandwiches, a man took over the order, then he makes sure at the window to specify no pickles on one, the guy looks at his screen and says yes no pickles so assuredly, we get our order, I peaked in the back and saw two sandwiches and fries. I thought it was right, we pulled out, I start to take everything out down the road to see that there’s actually 4 sandwiches and they were minis ! And ALL of them had pickles, otherwise we would have just said oh well and ate the wrong order, if just one of them had no pickles he would have been okay with it. But this isn’t the first time we’ve gone and gotten our order wrong, so he went back we waited all the way in line again, tell them at the box what we ordered and that it wasn’t what we got and it was dead silence. Waited a minute before I leaned over and said HELLO, and he just says, we will get that out for you in just a moment. No apology, no sympathy for their mistake, probably sat their talking and acting like we were inconveniencing them when they couldn’t get it right and we weren’t rude. Very unprofessional, maybe the girl was new but the man himself seems he’s been there a while, and it was him who took over the order. I never leave reviews. My bf was so upset at the time we wasted. I didn’t even eat my fries until we got the correct order of sandwiches because I didn’t know if I had to show the wrong order, so they were cold when we did eat them, my mistake but still, I didn’t wanna just be one of those ppl who ate half the bag and came back to say my order was wrong. Just wish they could get orders right, be more professional, and at least apologize when you mess up…

Food was good. I called in my order ahead because I wanted to make sure the items I wanted would be available. The person who answered the phone kindly reservered the items for me. There was a very long line Friday night about 6 PM. exceeding the parking lot at times. Only the drive through was open. I highly recommend calling ahead during popular times.
