The employee did not have mask on and the staff Stephen is so rude. No greeting or thank you for coming nothing and was very nasty when I asked to warm up a sandwich. Dont think I ever wanna go back there.

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would!! The owners have no customer service skills. Not kid friendly, coffee was cold and had grounds in it, like to accuse kids of stealing because they are kids! These are rude people and don't deserve the business they get!

Russian night manager snubbed me this evening. I was waiting for the buss. I think she thought I was homeless, even though I have jewelry on and a nice purse. Had just been to my bank's ATM. I bank with Regions near by. Had plenty of cash when I paid. I can see why this store only has three stars. They won't be getting anymore of my money.
