I love this location, always on point, and food is hot / fresh, just like I like it.

Amazing customer service!!! Especially by their manger Luisa. They did not have the item I ordered on the app and let me get any sandwich I wanted instead, gave me extra fries. She also insisted on coming back tomorrow to get the original sandwich I wanted for the inconvenience. I hope she gets a raise, truly great customer service skills!

They’re very nice staff but it’s been about two months and every time I come to this location, they don’t have “ice”. Last time I came it was at LEAST cold temperature and drinkable, this time it was straight up warm soda. My only complaint is this. When I ordered it I expected it to be cold from the machine but it wasn’t. It shouldn’t have been offered at all or at least free. You’d think this would be fixed by now, this is a big chain restaurant.

Good food, a bit slow service but still a kind one.
The Baconator was a bit dry but still good.
The fries were great, very well seasoned.
We had to order the spicy nuggets instead of the regular ones because they were short, they were ok, pretty cold to be honest.

Got to say the fries here are amazing, the best. Always hot, fresh, and seasoned to perfection. Spicy chicken sandwich are fabulous. Of course a meal is not complete without a sweet tea. Don't forget a frosty, got to have that dessert. The staff is courteous and friendly. Service is fast and quick. You can always find something on the meal. There can be new menu items so always check to see if you can find a new favorite.
