Hidden Sushi

If you are looking for very good sushi when you were visiting Orlando or if you live here then this is the place to come. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and made to feel at home. The service was very efficient and fast and you don't have to order everything at once because they continue to bring you your food at a very fast rate. The atmosphere is lively it is well lit and clean. If this is your first time eating sushi or you're 1 million time you will find the food to be very good and the staff is more than happy to explain all the options that you have. When it comes to the sushi the hand rolls in particular stand out as being loaded from top to bottom with delicious fillings. I would absolutely come back your time and time again until I was too fat to walk. The banana dessert is out of this world they deep fry a banana with a churroish coating and then put Nutella on it.

Blindly walked in expecting a standard Japanese sushi joint. I was instead greeted by the most fabulous fusion of Brazilian and Japanese cuisine. First and foremost, the food was fantastic. I tried 80% of the rolls on the menu with their 'all you can eat' menu and was delighted by each and every one of them. The non-traditional rolls (such as the caramelized onion roll) were so vastly different than any other rolls I have ever tried. Both the salmon and tuna were fresh from today's catch and were some of the best I've eaten. Presentations of each dish were gorgeous. All the food was delicious and was well worth the 'all you can eat' price. Service was stellar the entire night. Our waiter was extremely polite, attentive, and enthusiastic about the choices Hidden Sushi has to offer. We were provided with plenty of excellent recommendations on what to order. Our waiter provided a personal experience showing images of what food from the kitchen looked like and providing insight on Brazilian culture. All of the food came out very quickly after placing orders and, better yet, the meal was paced perfectly, allowing for adequate time to eat, digest, and socialize. Nothing but love for our server. Overall, an incredible find with excellent food and a charming staff.

It is a wonderful hidden spot for some Brazilian style sushi. I'm so glad we decided to come for lunch. Anna was very accommodating with our toddler, and the food came out delicious and fast. My favorite was the sushi nachos. My toddler loved the yakisoba, and my wife loved the Romeo and Juliet djo rolls. I wish we were in Orlando more often so we could visit here more often. Do yourself a favor and get the "all you can eat" so you can try everything.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT!!!!! I really don’t understand the bad reviews.. my wife and I have ate here multiple times and our experiences have been so amazing, I feel compelled to write a review. The service is amazing and personable whether you speak English or Portuguese, Felipe and Janaina are absolutely amazing and very accommodating! The food is absolutely delicious and came out super quick unlike most all you can eat sushi places. The food is always consistent. The atmosphere is great and I will tell everyone I know to come here. Please please please if you think about this place or come across it, try it out! Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait for a table but you can bypass that by calling and making a reservation, which is never a wait!! If you don’t make a reservation it’s still well worth the wait!

Two of us went for our first visit on Wednesday night and were the first seated once they opened. Felipe was our server and he made us feel welcomed, he was attentive and wonderful in explaining how the endless sushi worked. He made great recommendations for us! We ordered in small 2 piece counts just so we could try as much as possible before getting full but next time we visit I think we'll get larger orders of our favorites. Everything came out super quickly, salmon is my favorite and it's in a lot of their dishes so I was super pleased. Their unique take on sushi was delicious - we loved the flavor profiles that included guava, pineapple, brie cheese, and caramelized onions. The hot sushi crisp fried outside was light enough that you could eat a lot of them. Felipe recommended the Guarana soda and it complimented everything nicely. We ended with a combo of the banana and ice cream - the cinnamon mixed into the banana and chocolate really made it extra special. We really enjoyed dinner and can't wait to come back!
