The staff are very polite and respectful. Our Whoppers were very good. I liked the vanilla ice cream in a cup, too. Dining area was clean. The women's restroom needs improvement. It was clean, but the door doesn't lock and the toilet seat is not attached (is dangerous). I don't recommend that physically handicapped persons use this restroom because of that. Hopefully, it will be repaired.

Ms. Laura was very patient with us in the drive through even though we had a mixed up order and switched it many times. She was very nice and was willing to satisfy our needs. I've read multiple reviews of this BK and I have to disagree with all of them. I took the 9:00am bus to this location. While I was outside of the restaurant I used the BK mobile app and specified I'd like to "eat in". My order was processed and I received my confirmation number. When I went the restaurant I showed the counter person my confirmation number and she got my order without any problems. In addition, the counter person was very nice and asked me if I needed jelly and/or butter and then she thanked me for stopping by. Personally I had a great experience at BK.

The food is what you'd expect, pretty decent. Good burger flavor. We all know their fries aren't spectacular, but overall good. My biggest complaint about all Burger Kings is that the burgers are never hot enough. They're just kinda warmish. So it's room temperature by halfway through my meal. Get it to go and microwave it at home, then they're great, almost as if you just cooked it on the grill.
