Chick-fil-a

Great service and great food. The employees are the best trained in the fast food spectrum at every Chik Fil A. This one is no different. Also, if you haven't noticed, their drive thru is fast and efficient. The only reason I don't give them a 5 is religion. They close on Sunday because of the company policy to honor Sunday as a diety honor. That detracts from their rating.

This store has a slightly different layout than other ones. I arrived to pick up my order but it wasn't ready yet so I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. I came out and sat down in what I thought was the mobile pickup area and waited. Turns out the mobile pickup area was on the other side of the store. My food was behind a counter so I couldn't see it from my prior vantage point. It was also unreachable from the customer side so I had to get a team member to give it to me. So my food was cold by the time I got it. Also this location doesn't allow to order shakes in the app though they serve them in the store??? The app should probably warn people that the pickup is in a different location than others. Other locations also are quicker to ask people who are waiting if they nees assistance. It took several minutes before I was acknowledged which in turn led me getting my lukewarm food.

This parking lot is a perfect example of a catch-22. You cannot exit the drive through line if the drive through line wraps fully around the building; someone has to let you out. And if they don't then it's pure gridlock chaos until someone moves enough to let a cat exit and let the line continue. I came for my free chicken sandwich given to me by the app; I rarely actually buy anything here. Totally worth it, despite the wait.

Chick-fil-A is in a league of its own. The service, speed, hospitality and quality of food sets it far apart from other "fast food" restaurants. Ordered through the app, sat down at a table, entered the table number and our food arrived within a few minutes after our arrival. Everything was served fresh and cooked to order. In addition, their lemonade is always tasty and all soft drinks come with free refills. During our meal, several staff members stated, "It was a pleasure" when assisting or interacting with customers which is great deal different than the service found at other fast food establishments.

I am new to this side of town and have stopped by this location. Once late at night and the other early in the morning. Both occasions, the food has been perfect as always with amazing customer service by all of the workers. Captain Jeremy stood out as he was the most personable 😊 looking forward to stopping by again soon!
