Best fast food place imo. The chicken is grilled and has great flavor. I recently tried both the tostones dishes and I wasn't disappointed at all.

Waited on line for twenty minutes for a Cuban Sandwich, only one person ahead of me and three employees walking around behind the counter chatting away amongst themselves. The plus about everything, that was the BEST Cuban Sandwich I had in a long time. Still, waiting time too long

The food is what you'd expect but the service is top notch props the manager for fixing my order quick and easy even though it wasn't his fault

I tried the new Cuban sandwich and it was delicious! The employees are always nice and the food comes out fast and hot. I will be back to try some of the other new items they have next time.

It was ok this time. Hard to pin point why we were not as happy as we have been but was definitely not as good as before. Service was a bit of an issue as we had to repeat our orders a couple of times. Do not think it was a language issue more of a paying attention to what we were saying.

I had a Cuban sandwich. It was awesome. The restaurant is very clean. And the atmosphere is quite. Very comfortable place to eat and the food is great. I highly recommend this place.

I tried their Avocado Cilantro Tropichop Bowl today and it was delicious! I’ve been trying to make healthier eating Decisions, so I was curious as to how this would satisfy my pallet. I loved it and I felt good eating it ! Will definitely be ordering this again !

y’all always have my back!! i moved to the ucf area last year and lemme tell you i was a little skeptical at first because my hometown pollo tropical is bussin but never ever open. NOT YALL THO YALL STAY OPEN 😭😍 open late, y’all hookin me up ,sauces on sauces, i could go on, literally one time i went and the sweet lady ask me if i wanted plantains on the house UM YES PLEASE QUEEN I THANK YOU SO KINDLY🤍 just wanted to show my love and appreciation for y’all.
