Chipotle Mexican Grill

It was one young lady in there fixing the plates with a bad attitude, we had to wait 5 mins for rice didn't bother us but the lady fixing our food was horrible. She gave us 1 1/2 of rice I asked can she put more I'm buying my food she smacked her mouth, gave us a scoop of chicken I was so upset because this was my dinner and lunch for the next day. Never have vinaigrette to put on my food. This happens every Friday but I love the food so much the last Friday I went is my last day coming to the orange avenue location til things change.

I gave a 3-star rating for food because the fajita veggies were all out, very disappointing. I realize it was late evening but there were plenty of customers in line, myself included with a last minute order from work. However, the high rating goes to the assembly line staff!!! They were able to complete my huge order for me in the most organized manner!!! And I was able to supply meals to my place of employment. I understand the order was hugh but I was impressed with Shay, Ben and Brandon in the night of Oct 26th. Very helpful and took action regardless of the line holdup I had caused. They worked so well together ...keep up the team work.

The food was good as always. I appreciate it! The gentleman dishing up my plate did an amazing job! Had to really search for a clean table. Out of all the seating, there was 1 table decent enough to sit at. Cleaning the dining area was not on the top of their list. But nonetheless, why are patrons so dang dirty? Ya'lls table like that at home? Going out in public acting like you ain't got no home training. Slobs! Shameful!

Atmosphere is average. Service was slow but the are very busy. We got our food to go. The steak carne asada was great. Best meat option to date. Burrito bowl had lots of meat. Everything was fresh and delicious!!! It has gotten very expensive, but still good for a treat. 2 burrito bowls, one burrito, large chips and salsa totaled $53.00.
