Average Starbucks experience. You'll get what you expect. Drive thru was typical. Our order was ready and made to order. The team members were courteous, helpful, and attentive. The property was free of trash, deadbeats, and was safe.

There are many Starbucks locations around Orlando. However, this location is one of the biggest ones yet.
Perfect for quick friend gatherings, meetings, small business talk, or simply just to come hang out and enjoy a phenomenal cup of coffee. The layout is comfy, big, pleasant, the atmosphere is quiet, and it gives you tranquility on such busy days. The customer service is pretty good overall.
Definitely, enjoy my visit here.
I'm at this Starbucks literally every morning. The staff is great, the drinks and food are on point 99% of the time, and it's in a prime location. If anything is ever wrong with what you ordered, the baristas are quick to correct the issue and friendly about it.
The best thing about this location is the massive amount of seating/tables. There's always a spot to sit and chat or bring your laptop to work on. The worst thing about this location is the parking lot/drive through set up - it's constantly backed up but honestly the biggest reason for this is that it's not physically laid out in a good way.
Pro tip: mobile order ahead to save yourself some time. This location is almost always busy and on Friday/Saturday it can take a while to get your drink unless you mobile order/skip the line.
Overall this is my favorite Orlando Starbucks and I'll continue to go daily.
The Starbucks on Orange Ave. in SODO has moved south a few blocks, but is still on Orange Ave. I took a few pictures today. The staff was friendly and I like the lay out of the new location. If you found this post helpful please like it.
Ordered online in line, they couldn’t find it for a moment and then said oh well you only ordered it 9 minutes ago. I understand that they’re busy, but she asked me to repeat my order and then seemed cranky I was there so quickly. That said, the coffee had way way way too much ice, but was delicious. I don’t drink it fast, my venti was gone in four minutes because of the amount of ice. I’d take a pic but I left it in the car while I went into the doctors office since it was gone already.
So, yummy as usual (I always only get one pump of syrup because it’s super sweet), but, they might need more coffee themselves.
Editing to add pics. Ordered drink at 08:33, the empty cup of ice sat in my car while at the doctors until 10:44. Still half full of ice, in the Florida sun.
Always feel welcomed greeted with joy. Everytime. Starbucks Junkie 😂 ordered a cup of water glad I noticed metal in my drink . Look at your drinks. Dissatisfied.
You all have an amazing coffee imbibing place. I settle in in the morning to pull out my laptop for a couple hours and I feel relaxed. It's a good time. Thank you all for what you do, and your little slice of life doesn't go unnoticed. (I had to go check this review for single spaces at the beginning of sentences instead of double spaces SMH, the way things change)
Went to Starbucks this morning for a pumpkin cream cold brew and the woman in the drivethru was so nice and pleasant. I heard her make a recommendation to the driver in front of me and she also made a recommendation to me. I love when they do that because I like to try new things but get stuck ordering the same stuff.
Then, when I got to the window, she was so friendly.
After yeara of going to Starbucks and asking for a strawberry frapuccino this is the 1st time they do it they right way. Thank you Jomaira so much you are the best!
