Starbucks

Sometimes …. A Starbucks can be over the top - and it’s the baristas that do it - they smile and talk and joke and at 10:55 at night when your exhausted and just need a bump of caffeine to make it back to the hotel - that laugh is extra appreciated. Plus idk if you’ve ever had a warmed brownie from SB - but it’s freaking delicious. (Another Random brownie goodness- chic fila) enjoy!

Starbucks is always expensive but the one here stands out from the rest for the greatest customer experience. JOLENE kindly and very patiently suggested different options and adds to our order so we could get what we wanted. She went the extra mile and even offered to fix the drinks if we didn’t like them. She also applied our Starbucks stars so we could get one of our drinks for free. All in all… amazing experience!

Fast and energetic workers. Got my order right and left with a smile. I first saw the crowd in this area and got myself ready for a long wait. 3 cash registers that were energetic. The older gentlemen was like “hey you! What can I get you today!” And i said the spinach feta wrap and he was like “!! We are out of those today!!” I said “ iced matcha lemonade venti?” And he was like “that!! I have!!” Usually they always ring me up for the similar matcha tea lemonade latte, but they actually got it right here. Drink came out in like 1-2 mins. Insane. We need more Starbucks like this.

I love the renovations! The rooms have a very European efficiency feel. For those who have never traveled to Europe, imagine rooms furnished like IKEA show rooms! Nearly every electrical outlet includes USB ports, which makes it really easy to charge all of your portable and wearable electronic devices. Great for foreign travelers, too, so they don’t have to worry about using adapters for power cords! Hospitality and service is always top notch! I always feel at home, when I hear the concierge say, “Welcome Home”!

The flagship Starbucks store of Disney Springs. Nice decor and seating inside and outdoors. Everyone is super friendly and considerate, even when it gets busy and crowded. I have a lot of respect for these baristas! Definitely my go-to spot for coffee and pleasant lakeside seating to kill time, get some work done or chat with friends.
