Steak 'n Shake

Not excepting too much from a restaurant that abandoned fresh ingredients to cut corners with frozen products as this applies with every chain restaurant standards in this modern age. Nonetheless, the flavor is there and it gets the job done when ur hungry 😋 Glad to see this location still standing strong despite the company falling into a hole.

Me and my families go-to spot. The food is always fresh,delicious, and presented neatly. The staff are friendly and always eager to help. This is a black owned establishment ✊🏾 and the GM works hard to make sure the customers are happy as well as the staff. I'm here at least 3 times a week🤗👍🏾. Great work.

We visited Steak n Shake as it's my 14 year old son's favorite place to eat, we normally go to the restaurant in Celebration but opted for this branch as it was closer to where we was at the time, as we don't have Steak 'n Shake in the UK its a must that we go. The day we went it was 98 degrees but on entering the restaurant it was very well air-conditioned making the dining temperature perfect, it wasn't particularly busy, so finding a seat was not difficult, it was very clean with all the tables spotlessly wiped down, last time we went into a Steak' n Shake we placed our order with a person, at this restaurant you had to order on a terminal as there was no staff in which to place the order, the screens were somewhat confusing and took four attempts to finally get our order in correctly, once ordered we took our seats and waited for our order to be completed, less than 7 minutes and the lovely lady behind the counter called our name out and advised that " Our freshly prepared order was now ready for collection" she was very informative and asked if we needed any additional sauces etc. the food was excellent as always and the milkshakes were perfectly prepared and very tasty. Brilliant restaurant with very attentive staff, who obviously care about the environment they are working in.
