Lava, was amazing. She saw my frustration in ordering using the automated kiosk and she patiently came to the lobby and took my complicated order and she did it with a smile on her face. The burgers were nicely seasoned and deliciously prepared!

We visited Steak n Shake as it's my 14 year old son's favorite place to eat, we normally go to the restaurant in Celebration but opted for this branch as it was closer to where we was at the time, as we don't have Steak 'n Shake in the UK its a must that we go.
The day we went it was 98 degrees but on entering the restaurant it was very well air-conditioned making the dining temperature perfect, it wasn't particularly busy, so finding a seat was not difficult, it was very clean with all the tables spotlessly wiped down, last time we went into a Steak' n Shake we placed our order with a person, at this restaurant you had to order on a terminal as there was no staff in which to place the order, the screens were somewhat confusing and took four attempts to finally get our order in correctly, once ordered we took our seats and waited for our order to be completed, less than 7 minutes and the lovely lady behind the counter called our name out and advised that " Our freshly prepared order was now ready for collection" she was very informative and asked if we needed any additional sauces etc. the food was excellent as always and the milkshakes were perfectly prepared and very tasty.
Brilliant restaurant with very attentive staff, who obviously care about the environment they are working in.
Me and my families go-to spot. The food is always fresh,delicious, and presented neatly. The staff are friendly and always eager to help. This is a black owned establishment ✊🏾 and the GM works hard to make sure the customers are happy as well as the staff. I'm here at least 3 times a week🤗👍🏾. Great work.
Had a nice good lunch, good price, good portions. Can't complain.
Loved the skinny fries and fresh lettuce and tomato in my burger, thats something you dont get in fast food all the time.
The only thing we didn’t like was the cheese, on the grilled cheese sandwiches.

The Food and service was Excellent. Everyone had a smile and very courteous. It was delicious.

Good Quality food during Happy hour discount. Sometimes the cook lacks ingredients, but despite that it's still good food! Just have to remind him, that's all.
Not excepting too much from a restaurant that abandoned fresh ingredients to cut corners with frozen products as this applies with every chain restaurant standards in this modern age. Nonetheless, the flavor is there and it gets the job done when ur hungry 😋
Glad to see this location still standing strong despite the company falling into a hole.
You order from a kiosk inside, and then grab your food from the counter. The employees were polite and the restaurant was clean! It was pretty empty when we went but started to get some other customers as we left.
