I go to this location almost exclusively because I live in the neighborhood behind it. I've never met Shante before but, bless her soul, she's about as amazing as an employee with great customer service can possibly be. She searched through several newly arrived boxes of hot sauce to ensure I got what I was looking for even though I said not to worry if it was a pain in the ass. You and I both know that was a pain in the ass. Props to whomever hired her, she's a gem! #MondayMade ♡♡♡

Real good subs i would def go back.......................................

Clean place. Clean bathrooms too. Staff was polite and the subs were to die for. There was pleanty of sweet tea left. They also had a ton of lemons and limes that looked pretty darn fresh. The floor was swept multiple times I was there. So yeah, super clean and nice staff so you cant ask for much better than that these days.

My meal was exactly as I ordered. I really like the Italian and the smokehouse brisket. The employees were very friendly and had my food ready pretty fast. Overall I am very pleased with this location.

My first visit to this location and it was already better in some ways than others. They were empty when I got there and there was only the manager up front working on a to go order. He took my order and I got my drink and went and had a seat. He brought my sandwich out right away. My food was excellent. The employees did quite a bit of cleaning while I was there. I was very happy with this as other locations I have been in were not as well kept. Overall a very good location.

They made a mistake on my order but were so gracious and nice to replace it with no problem. Busy location so it might take a bit for your order but management knows how to turn a negative into a positive. Very happy 😃

Food was amazing. Of course, I've never ordered anything other than the Hook and Ladder. I guess you could say I'm hooked. Very inviting/clean atmosphere. Love the fire engine red/dalmatian spotted décor. Our food was prepped and served beautifully. Afterward, the employees took a self-timed break, but the manager was not having that. "Back to work!" (Clapping her hands.) Love her handling of the sitch.

Of course Firehouse Subs are great, but the staff at this location we're excellent. They were super patient while I finally figured out what I wanted and they recommended some great options that made the sun even better. Great experience.

Favorite sub chain in Florida. Taste never varies. Pricier than Subway, but more meat in your sub. Chain does a lot of community service also. Ordered for pick up here and sub was made quickly. Friendly staff and currently have a promotion to get a free sub after 10 stamps.

Oh my!, Was that really a sub or was that the finest meal ever. I'm totally impressed by Colonial Drive's location. Firehouse subs may cost more than reg. Sub shops, but go taste the difference for yourself. You'll be going back*
