Lava, was amazing. She saw my frustration in ordering using the automated kiosk and she patiently came to the lobby and took my complicated order and she did it with a smile on her face. The burgers were nicely seasoned and deliciously prepared!
We visited Steak n Shake as it's my 14 year old son's favorite place to eat, we normally go to the restaurant in Celebration but opted for this branch as it was closer to where we was at the time, as we don't have Steak 'n Shake in the UK its a must that we go.
The day we went it was 98 degrees but
Me and my families go-to spot. The food is always fresh,delicious, and presented neatly. The staff are friendly and always eager to help. This is a black owned establishment ✊🏾 and the GM works hard to make sure the customers are happy as well as the staff. I'm here at least 3 times a week🤗👍🏾. Great
Had a nice good lunch, good price, good portions. Can't complain.
Loved the skinny fries and fresh lettuce and tomato in my burger, thats something you dont get in fast food all the time.
The only thing we didn’t like was the cheese, on the grilled cheese sandwiches.

Good Quality food during Happy hour discount. Sometimes the cook lacks ingredients, but despite that it's still good food! Just have to remind him, that's all.
Not excepting too much from a restaurant that abandoned fresh ingredients to cut corners with frozen products as this applies with every chain restaurant standards in this modern age. Nonetheless, the flavor is there and it gets the job done when ur hungry 😋

You order from a kiosk inside, and then grab your food from the counter. The employees were polite and the restaurant was clean! It was pretty empty when we went but started to get some other customers as we left.
This Stake N Shake is located at the Highland Lakes Center off of Highway 50. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy. We were seat right away, but had to wait a bit after that before saw anyone else. Besides that the service was great. The food was nice too.
Orlando isn't Oralndo without a stop here, the only thing is, when you order the french fries with cheese, they put too little
I normally order from this location,but tonight my order wasn't ready was told to wait. Romeo brought my oder out to the car, he doubled check to make sure it was right, however It was wrong. He was patient and very polite.His service and work ethic was expctional. Keep up the good work ......excell
This place is one of the best in Orlando area despite being in the ghetto.
