Absolutely INCREDIBLE food and service. Stephanie was our server and she was on point. The skirt steak was cooked to perfection and the chimichurri on top is to die for! We got an extra cup it was that good! And that coconut flan! Wow! That was by far the BEST flan I have ever had. I can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!
This place is my favorite place to go for Cuban by UCF. The staff is always incredibly kind and welcoming and quick with their service. I’m the child of 2 Cuban parents and barely speak Spanish but they took the time to speak slowly to me and allow me to practice the language : ). Food was delicious- I always get the croqueta preparada and highly recommend anyone who passes by give it a try. High quality food and higher quality service. Also definitely get the yucca frita. They have the perfect crunch to them and come with an incredible savory sauce. On top of everything the decor is very nice, clean and comfortable and the music makes the overall experience a relaxing and enjoyable one.
We had lunch with my family. The environment felt really nice and cool. The food was really good, and I enjoy my time. I also had a margarita, recommended. There was a band when we arrived. Price for the food that good compare to others. The serves what excellent.
Old Cuban Cafe in Orlando is a hidden gem for Cuban food enthusiasts. Their pan con bistec is a standout, with tender steak and flavorful toppings. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, adding to the overall experience. However, it can be disappointing that rice and beans are sold as separate sides, as they are traditionally served together. It would be more convenient and cost-effective if they were offered as a combined side (this seems to be an Orlando thing). Nonetheless, the delicious food and friendly service make this cafe worth a visit!
There are many food options. You can choose to be seated or grab food to go. They have live music and/or DJs on weekends. The people are nice and attentive, and there was not a long wait for food.
Came here with my family and I have to say we were impressed. The inside is very nice, friendly staff & the food was great. The portions are big! Their cuban sandwich tasted very good as well as everything else. Prices are reasonable
The food was incredible and very authentic. I would definitely come back. The fried Yuca was a great appetizer and the Arroz con Gondules was perfect.
ABSOLUTELY, the best food I've had in a very long time. Very flavorful, big portions, tenderness and OMG if you have room for dessert, the cookies are huge and tasty.

Food was as delicious as I remember Cuban food to be. I ordered the usual and my husband’s order was partially incorrect and when asked where was the missing item to complete his order the waitress had a sassy response. This is the only reason why I am giving this place a 4 for their service not because of the incomplete order. In case you are wondering what her response was it went something like this “I only have two hands” yeup! Those were her exact words.
Had a great visit at Old Cuban Cafe. Once arriving with my wife, they graciously opened the door for us welcoming us in, which might be small to some but feel this is the start of great service. We were sat immediately, and already were attended to. Once we received our dishes, they were very filling and I couldn't finish my nor could my wife. Food reminded me of Mom's cooking and fell in love! Definitely recommend for great Latin experience!
