Beautiful excellent all around. Closer to Epcot and Hollywood, transportation via bus and boat is awesome, food was excellent everywhere, beautiful grounds pools, little beach, playground . They had Santa as well certain nights. We ate at fuel, Shula's, Rosa Mexican for breakfast (was not Mexican), fountain and pica. Rooms were big clean and we got a view of the fireworks every night from Epcot. We did have a request in for bedrails that we didn't get until the second night and our phone was broken and we couldn't figure out if there was room service but other than that was excellent what we always expect from Marriott.

Traveling bougie on a budget. This beautiful resort is smack dab in the middle of the Disney property just 5 minutes from Epcot. Incredible location! But a Marriott property so slightly cheaper then Disney resort properties without skipping on any amenities, cleanliness, or experiences. I’m a VERY picky woman, business owner and Veteran and this Resort/Hotel is fabulous! The rooms were extremely clean, updated, comfortable. I got an upgraded view which is beautiful. Friendly staff. Yes you pay for parking and a daily resort fee as with all resorts on Disney to be expected still reasonably priced.

Solid hotel within the Disney property. The lobby is fabulous with plenty of food and dining options, especially with the sister hotel, the Swan, across the courtyard, with more options as well. The hotels share a dock at which you can take boats to Hollywood studios and Epcot, which run like clockwork. However, both the boats and the buses do not have posted times that they will arrive at, only the time between departures is listed. Since this is not a “Disney hotel” but rather a partner, I can absolutely understand this, as they may not have access or be part of the Disney bus system on some level or don’t have access to the system. In any case, the hotel is great, but lacks the integration with the Disney ecosystem.

I checked into this location for a 3 night stay while attending a conference in November 2023. This hotel is perfectly located!! The conference was located at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort which was RIGHT around the corner- this hotel is so much more affordable compared to all the other resorts. Great value!! Although the hotel and ammentities are great, the staff is what made this stay excellent. I was greeted from the get go with smiles and open arms! Chris (or Kris? 😅) is AMAZING at her job and really knows how to take care of her guests. Wyndham is lucky to have her. I would recommend this property for professionals, families, couples, singles, and everything in between. Thank you Wyndham for another excellent stay 🙏

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Perfect location for Disney world! You can walk to Epcot and Hollywood studios which is what sold it to us! but there is also the free boat option for both of these and bus service to the other parks. Hotel is very large so rooms can be a bit of a walk back to reception. The food in the hotel is quite expensive but handy they have a ‘grab and go’ style place for those early mornings! Great pool area and a play park. Could see Epcot fireworks from our room too. We would definitely stay here again but beware that room requests even confirmed by email were not granted, hotel did compensate with some Marriott points but rooms couldn’t be changed at the time as it was full!

Admittedly, I am not a Disney fan. It's not that I dislike Disney, I'm just kind of ambivalent. I was here for a work conference, but took advantage of the slightly discounted after 5:00 p.m. ticket to go check out Epcot and the food and wine festival. I have to say that if your agenda or priority is Epcot, this is definitely the hotel to stay at! The water taxi drops you off at the countries and everything is super convenient for as big as the park is. The staff at the hotel are all very nice, the food is excellent, anywhere you go. I used the app before I checked in, and I asked for extra pillows and towels, and everything was in my room waiting for me. That was nice. My room was very quiet at the very end of a hallway. The air conditioning was good because you could keep the fan running, to help with white noise. I slept like a rock. My hotel room was 9116, if you're looking to understand where the view and room pictures come from. Access was on the west side of the building. If I'm back in the area, I would stay here again.

Service was great. Room was upgraded to a fireworks view. Beds were comfy. Location can't be beat - walked to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Proximity to Boardwalk was also great. We will stay there again. Love the double benefits of a Disney and Marriott resort.

Cons: The room. Carpet REEKS of mildew and mold - I hate being in my room. They didn't do anything about it despite me asking them to fix it. I originally gave one star for this, but I enjoyed the rest of the resort so much that I upped it to three. Pros: Crescent Lake is amazing. The pools are great, there's so much to do even outside of the parks, you can enjoy hammocks and boat rides, you can walk or ride a boat to Hollywood Studios or EPCOT, the grounds are well kept, the staff is professional and otherwise diligent, the restaurants are fine, and you can use Bonvoy points. Rooms (outside of smelling strongly like a year old dishrag) are clean and are fairly quiet. Beds are comfortable - though VERY small if you get two of them. Edit: they found my wife’s lost wallet, so upped to four stars. Honestly if the rooms were better this would be an amazing property.

The room was really nice the beds and linens were the absolute best. When we checked in the front desk lady was very informative and helpful. The concierge was sponsored on with planning some of our events. The Mexican restaurant was great and Fuel in the morning kept us going. Thanks for a great Disney experience.

The resort as a whole is really nice. However for the money it's costs to stay here, the rooms could be better. The bathrooms are small and not configured to be accommodating. There is a door stop in the floor that will get stepped on every time you get out of the shower and it's not fun to step on. I will say the people who clean the rooms are fantastic! The pool area is amazing. All of the restaurants are also very good.
