Went to Disney Springs to check out the holiday displays and some of the seasonal offerings at Jock Lindsey's. While I've enjoyed a to go cocktail from their outside bar in the past, this was my first time inside. ***Just want a drink to go, but the outside bar is closed? Skip the line and head to the bar inside. They are happy to serve a drink to go*** The interior dining room is small, but there is quite a lot of outdoor dining. Don't be deterred by a long line, either. The line was practically to the main walkway, but in no time, we were seated inside. I read that the bar was named after the pilot that flew Indiana Jones at the beginning of Raiders of the Lost Ark and there are definitely nods to Indi and the movies, especially the drink menu. We enjoyed a number of items from the holiday menu, O' Ham N' Cheese Trees (presented under a smoky cloche, crisp puffed pastry, great flavor, the cheese star on top had a nice heat), Here We Come A-Croquetting (everything about these tasty bites scream holiday dinner. Missing Thanksgiving leftovers? this will thrill your tastebuds), Post-Flight "Milk" And Cookies With Coquito (Coquito is the reason we came and while the alcohol level and flavor were on point the consistency was disappointing, after it has settled Coquito either needs to be shaken well or blended to breakup the coconut creme fat solids and if it is not you end up with a chunky texture... you guessed it, the Coquito was chunky. The cookies were tasty - skip the Coquito and get the holiday martini instead) Jock's Holiday Martini (reminiscent of an oatmeal cookie shot) and Eternal Snowfall. We also tried Anything Goes and Cool-Headed Monkey (see what I mean by nods to the Indiana Jones Movies? Both of these are from Temple of Doom) from the regular menu. All the mixed drinks we tried did not disappoint. Carlos and Jamye took excellent care of us at the bar. I'll definitely be back to Jock's.

We visited on Sunday, December 10, 2023 and sat outside facing the Amphicar launch. This was our first time with an outdoor seat and we loved it; the weather was great and it was fun to watch the cars launch down the boat ramp into the water. We ordered from the special Holiday menu and enjoyed both items we selected; "O' Ham N' Cheese Trees" and "Jock's Famous Pigs in the Blanket". The trees were my favorite only due to my preference for the dipping sauce that accompanied them over the mustard that came with the pigs in a blanket. For two of us, the portion was perfect to share for lunch. We would order both again. The restaurant is decorated for Christmas inside and makes the whole place festive. We did have a slight wait upon arrival, but the line moved quickly.

Great place to get drinks. Appetizers were great. Hot coco flight was cool. Staff were nice. I did have to wait a little to be seated but that's ok. The waiter did forget to bring me my appetizer ...after I saw table next to me get a 4th appetizer , so I know it wasn't that crazy busy lol either way, I enjoyed myself minus the extra wait.

Great restaurant for small plates or tapas, burgers, salads and drinks in a cute, interesting hangar atmosphere. The beef had a spicy sauce and fried sweet plantains that was unexpected and nice. The wings were also spicy and delicious. The service was polite and fast.

Stumbled upon Jock Lindsey’s while looking for somewhere to eat dinner in Disney Springs without a reservation. While it is described as having a tapas style menu, it really is more of a bar appetizer menu with wings, charcuterie boards, flatbread, sliders, etc. The decor and atmosphere are fabulous - adventure awaits! They have glowing green absinthe if you’re feeling adventurous. Indoor or outdoor seating with views of the water. Loved this fun spot and would absolutely recommend for casual drinks or dinner while at Disney springs!

One of the best places in Disney Springs 🧋🛍 for a drink and a bite to eat. Service is good but can be a little slow on busy days so be patient. Food is good value and always great tasting.

Jock's Lindsey's Hangar Bar is Disney World perfection! Amazingly themed atmosphere, quality food and drink, and that magical Disney service! Its open seating is refreshing, too...simply walk in, sit, and you'll be served. Seating inside or out. Highly recommended!

If you’re lucky enough to grab a table inside, this is an Indiana Jones fan dream. Cool bar/lounge vibe; eclectically appointed with Indiana Jones decor. The food and drink menu also plays with the theming. The loaded pretzel is a hit; I’d recommend. The sliders are also very good. They have a full bar for themed cocktails/drinks and craft beers available. It does get crowded at times, but well worth checking out.

Stopped in for some drinks after dinner. The bartender was super friendly and served up some tasty cocktails! The atmosphere is pretty cool and well fitting for the name! They paid attention to the details and brought the whole theme together very well. We look forward to trying out the food on our next trip!

Calling all Indiana Jones fans! This bar and restaurant is based around the story of Indiana Jones' pilot, Jock Lindsey. It's a cool story, a lot of neat decor on the walls, and a great atmosphere. Our bartender Jess was awesome! She was helpful, friendly, and prompt. All of the food came out fast and it was delicious. There's a lot of great shareable plates on the menu as well. Stop in for a great evening!
