Tim Hortons

This place used to be great but as of lately has gone downhill. I went through the drive-through today and ordered a coffee and two blueberry bagels toasted with strawberry cream cheese. The clerk told me to pull forward into a parking space, and they would bring them out to me. A few minutes later, they brought the bagels out to me, but both had regular cream cheese on them. I then went into the store to notify the clerk that my order was messed up. The clerk stated she would fix it. While waiting for the correct order, the three girls working began cussing at each other and were more concerned with their conversation. I finally received the bagels come to find out they were not blueberry, but now some onion/garlic poppy seed bagels with the strawberry cream cheese. Interesting combination. 🤔 👌 At this point, I lost hope and just left. Come on, Timmy; you're better than that.

I ordered a BELT meal. When I arrived at the window, one worker was cussing about the horrible immigrants her husband worked with. With two others just standing around, it took over 5 minutes to get my food. My sandwich was not assembled-eggs outside of bagel, tomato outside of bagel. No sweetener in my coffee. This was at 6:40 am. I will not be going there again.

Worst experience ever at this tim hortons on Navarre ave in Oregon ohio. I ordered to coffees and a breakfast sandwich that was advertised on the menu as 3.79 and when i was charged over 4.00 for it the manager stated Thats corporate prices and we are privately owned so i stated that they should be advertising the privately owned prices if thats what they are. I told them take the sandwich off then she refused to sell me the coffee i ordered also because i caught them over charging me. The manager was rude and awful in the way she responded to my question. She could not of been all of 18 with a mouth i would not kiss my mother with. This happen 10 minutes ago and i will never spend my money at that tim hortons ever again! I will drive across town. Tim Hortons on Navarre in Oregon Ohio please invest in better employees. This isn’t my first bad experience there just the worst and the last!

I am a huge Tim Hortons fan, but my experience today was very poor. It took 25 minutes to order and get my food, then to top it off, I watched an employee who was working step back from the drink machines in the kitchen area and vape, while on the floor working. I notified the manager and all they said is thanks for letting me know.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese breakfast wrap with double bacon double egg and double cheese. I was charged for all of those things but did not receive them. Once I got to work I realized it and attempted to call and no one picked up. I called 5 times. I guess I just have to eat this super small breakfast wrap missing double all of the ingredients. I’m on a low carb diet and I have to count my carbs. Bacon, egg and cheese are essentially “free” carbs and I only have to count the tortilla shell. Im extremely disappointed.
