Subway

The manager is so rude. Complained about me and my friend using a coupon in front of us. If you don't want us to use one, don't send them out. Rolled his eyes and was very rude. Every time he's been here, he's been like this. The only reason it's 2 stars is because of Lori, she's been there every time I'm they're and she's so sweet, pleasent to talk to, and always very kind. Lori deserves 5 stars, but this manager is the reason I will only be giving 2. No wonder they can't seem to keep employees and are somehow always hiring

Stopped in last nigh... And man was I impressed!!! First off let me say that the service was absolutely great! ... The restaurant was very clean... But what really impressed me was the new bread!!!... I'll be honest I was never a big fan of subway's old bread... I always said if they could just make they're subs on a better bread they'ed be great... Well guess what... They have a better bread now and they're great!!!.... Way to go subway... NAILED IT!

This location " is not participating" in the 5 dollar foot long deal which every subway I've gone into is. Kind of annoying. If your advertising a special it should be throughout the whole chain. Then if you order a wrap it won't stay together because they don't know how you wrap them so when you take a bite of your wrap it'll end up in your lap. Staff is fairly nice but could definitely use some additional training on making sandwiches and customer service. And support the same deals throughout the whole chain if your going to advertise a special.

Out of all of the Subway franchises in the area, this Oregon location is one of the best ones to stop in. Very clean building, friendly and very professional staff. The way a girl wrapped my sandwich was the most perfect I've ever seen and I don't normally pay attention to details like that. I live in Madison and will be going out of my way from now on to return to this location. Every star deserved.
