Mcdonald's

I've tried and tried again to like this one because it's on a convenient drive-thru route for me. But they've become so inconsistent. I submit a report for quality control of an inedible food item. I thought it would help. They did reach out to me...countless times, directly from the store even though on the report I selected not to be contacted. They wanted to give me coupons for the same item. 🤣 I never reported again. But after cold hashbrowns, bad lattes, grumpy employees with attitude...I never know if it's gonna be a good visit. It's not the healthiest food, lol, so honestly, I just decided just to not go to any McDonald's anymore. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I would give them more stars if they just had more staff. I’ve literally been in the drive-through for 34 minutes as of right now and I’m still one car away. The speaker doesn’t work It says due to weather… Drive to the first window. You drive to the first window and it says next window. So you have to order. Pay. And receive your food off from the second window. This is insane

This Mcdonald's is one of the worst in Chattanooga. Customer service is terrible and had us waiting for our food for 30 minutes. When they finally showed up to give us our food it wasn't even the right order. After they brung out the correct order I went home and they didn't even gives us our basket of fries. One of the worst Mcdonald's in terms of customer service and food.

Very hard working people here doing their very best. It's hard when they're short staffed but I've never had any issues here aside from the long wait in line. Be patient with these kind folks as there's sometimes only 1–3 people working at a time. We're all just trying to make our own ways in life, please be kind to service workers in these situations as just doing the amount of work they have to do is difficult enough without having to deal with nasty attitudes. Thank you for doing your best and being kind, McDonald's staff!!
