58 Bbq Too

The food is good....I only tried this since it was close to work. They were super slow to get my order ready, I only wanted 6 wings and a killer potato, took almost 20 minutes. And the lady there with the long salt and pepper hair, was not the most customer friendly person I have ever seen. The only thing I heard her say, was what a bunch of idiots I work with, and what time do I get to leave. Yeah, I will go back, but it won't be because of the customer service, thats for sure.

Good food, but always screws up my order some way. Usually they leave sauce for my fried pickles out, which is irritating but not a big deal. However, they left out two small baked beans the last time I went. They also have a new crew that is extremely rude at times and are unresponsive to customers.

Great little shack in ooltewah just off the main road when you exit the interstate. I had the 1/4 rib, 1/2 chicken okra, and Cajun fries. The fries needed more cajun seasoning, okra was delicious, chicken was good, and the ribs were better expected. There are 4 tables with 2 chairs each attached to the shack.

Long wait, tiny bbq sandwich for the price. Coleslaw not good, detracted from sandwich. Bbq was very ordinary. Okra buried in salt. Charged extra for extra bbq sauce but gave everyone extra hot sauce even though we said no hot sauce. Four small tables, 2-3 seats each, don't plan on dining in. Gave our drink order to another party who ended up throwing them out. Had high hopes but must have caught them on a very off day.

I'm a former customer from Hwy 58 before they moved to ooltewah so I visited for what I thought would be a nice dinner placed my order got home all my food was burned crisp I was so dissatisfied and the two young ladies at the counter were very rude when I called about my food the girl and I quote said she didn't see or fix my food so it's not her fault...... I asked for the owner and was given a number to call so I called had to leave a message and here it is 2 weeks later no call back.... I will not be visiting this place again and advise you to at least look at your order if it's to go
