The staff at this location is usually always amazing. There’s one girl in particular, who recognizes myself and my husband, and always makes sure to ask how we are. Truly above and beyond service from her. However, there was an occasion where we have needed a refund, showing that a breakfast sandwich was burned black on one side. We were told there was no manager in the building (around 1pm I believe?)
We waited in the drive through for a decent amount of time, so to be told to go back through (line still pretty long) for something to be fixed, was super frustrating.

Super fast and efficient drive-thru service! This location it's always busy with a long drive-thru line, but I never feel like I'm waiting long. Plus, over all the years, my order has literally never been wrong!! Before the pandemic when I would go inside it was always clean. They have always been helpful/patient with menu questions (even at the drive-thru) and very kind!

The drive through, because of the way it's constructed, is a waking nightmare. Be aware of this, since you'll end up lapping the building at least twice on a typical visit.

First let's talk about how horrible the drive thru is at this place can you make the parking lot better. You can't get out or around the building. They close the lobby and don't tell anyone. Maybe a sign on the door would be nice. I ordered a cold brew cold foam. Got not cold foam had to drive back around because they closed the lobby at noon. And waiting 10 minutes to get out of the parking lot because you can't go around and people coming in from the other side of the building to go through the drive thru.

Normally don't have many issues, but this is now the 4th or 5th time I've had the same problem. When the mobile order ticket prints for a latte, it will say milk on it. Whoever makes the drink thinks it's like regular coffee and puts 1 shot of milk in and fills the rest with water. I don't usually have the time to come back around and get the issue corrected, so I'm stuck throwing money away on undrinkable garbage water. Please fix this
