I took my kids for breakfast. Everything was so good, clean, fast and friendly. Our waiter was kind and nice to talk with. Service and food was on point.
They were put of most things needed to make the drinks I asked for, ended up settling of a purple Wonka lemonade with icing down the side of glass and a small chunk of cotton candy on top. Basic lemonade flavor with food coloring. Drink was eh, icing had tasteless sprinkles, cotton candy was the only good part.
Staff must have been short handed because while not very busy, less than half the sitting was being used. After waiting for 15 minutes after my drink was brought, I still had not ordered my food.
Well I received a call and had to leave. I tried to pay for the drink but the waiter waved me off.
Nice guy, not his fault the supply chain sucks sometimes.
Brittany was a great waitress, you can tell she is very good at her job, very friendly and attentive. Our food was also great. I hadn’t been to this location in some time and they have updated it beautifully. Thank you for the great service!
The French toast was amazing. The service was a little slow. But there was only one waitress and was doin her best. The cold brew was the right level of sweet while you can still taste the good coffee.
Every time we’ve come here we’re always well taken care of. They even know us by name now. I usually mix-and-match with breakfast and lunch items so they can get a full meal. You should try the new strawberries and cream biscuits. They were delicious.
The best IHOP experience in the past 15 years! Seriously! Service was great and the food was delicious! Will definitely return to this location next time we’re in the area. Thank you to all of the staff at this location for going above and beyond with your service and hospitality! Our breakfast started our day off with a great experience.
Leah was me and my mom’s waitress and she was sweet, professional, personable & on task. She really went out her way for us and gave us superior service. I had got the pancake with chicken strips fries and a Pepsi, and I had literally no complaints. My mom got the breakfast with the decaf coffee and hash browns. I absolutely loved my pancakes and everything was fresh! Leah came right on time just in time when we were running out of our drinks or needed something extra for our meals. Because of Leah i will definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you again honey!!❤️
Haven't been to IHOP since the pandemic and the service was horrible! Went this past Saturday and it was excellent! Food & service was outstanding! *****
We had a great waitress that kept checking on us. Food was good.
Tried going into IHOP on NW expressway and within 2 minutes we walked out.. apparently they remodeled but did nothing to the plumbing so it was stink right when you walk in. Went to IHOP in Belle isle... food was good, service was good and no stink lol.
