Always have had great service at this location. Love the fresh tortillas but don't expect the same great chips you can get from the store with their name on it. Food choices are as expected. Bar area is big enough for a group of friends.
After leaving the NW Expressway location. This was better as far as waiting. The food quality has gone down a little since January here. May have been in part disappointment from the other location. This location definitely cleaner.

It has a very comfortable environment, if you go with your couple of with the family. The CoronaRita is my favorite. The food is really good and the server was great.

The place was busy and to be expected on Valentine's day. Got seated quickly and the manager informed me that she would be the server as other serveras were swamped. I appreciated the communication and honesty. My Miller Lite came out ice cold and tasty. The queso was so very yummy - I couldn't stop dipping. The salsa was zesty and delicious. The chips were hot and fresh! The Big Border Rito was perfect! The chicken was flavored just right and the portion size was large! The prompt service from Keri I think her name was- couldn't have been better! I do feel as if I was a valued customer on this visit. So thank you On The Border staff and kitchen for the awesome service/food/drinks on Valentine's Day. Can't wait to return!

We stopped in for an early dinner while traveling through the area and the service that we received was really good! Our waitress was so nice and quick to fill drinks and chips. We love the salsa that they have. It was very good. My husband got the burrito and stated that it was okay and I got the salad and it was good as well. We would stop by again when in the area.
The food was delicious and when the order was miscommunicated, they corrected it with amazingly fast speed. We got the party platter and had leftovers that were just as good.
The manager was very nice and had a great attitude about fixing the issue, which seems to be exception right now.
Yesterday I had lunch on the patio with a friend and we had a great lunch. We ate off the lunch menu and had drinks. We needed to do some catching up since it had been awhile since we were together. We wound up staying 3 hours. Our waiter was Colin and he was great. he was very attentive the whole time. Food was delicious and everything was brought promptly. We had a great meal. Will definately go back soon and will ask for Colin.
Food was great as usual. We come in quite often. However, we usually have terrible service, but not tonight. Our server Dee Dee was immensely pleasant and kind. She always had a smile on her face and we ran her like crazy. She was very attentive to our needs. Not once did we run out of drinks,chips, or salsa!!! We will always ask for her from now on. Great job!!!!
Usually I would give this location 2 stars but because of Alexas, I'm giving it 5 stars. She is simply amazing. She remembers us and treats all customers with the best possible experience. She is a shining star and deserves applause. The food was great today. The chips hot and crispy but not hard. The queso was delicious and the salsa is perfect. Hands down the best experience is when Alexas is working.
