Always have had great service at this location. Love the fresh tortillas but don't expect the same great chips you can get from the store with their name on it. Food choices are as expected. Bar area is big enough for a group of friends.
After leaving the NW Expressway location. This was better as far as waiting. The food quality has gone down a little since January here. May have been in part disappointment from the other location. This location definitely cleaner.

It has a very comfortable environment, if you go with your couple of with the family. The CoronaRita is my favorite. The food is really good and the server was great.
Kortnee I think was our server. She took VIP like care of us. We will return and request her as our server. They food was legit and we had a successful date night. Thank you for being awesome On The Border and Kortnee!

The manager was very nice and had a great attitude about fixing the issue, which seems to be exception right now.

Usually I would give this location 2 stars but because of Alexas, I'm giving it 5 stars. She is simply amazing. She remembers us and treats all customers with the best possible experience. She is a shining star and deserves applause. The food was great today. The chips hot and crispy but not hard.
A really nice family dining experience. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. Everyone was very happy with their meal. Chips and salsa were fresh and delicious as were our entrees. We need to eat here more often. :-)
So 4 stars? Our service was very slow. In their defense a sign on the door said understaffed. We were not in a hurry, so it was fine. Food a 2.5 star was ok, not terrible, not great. 4 Stars because the 2 servers worked their tails off to ensure we had everything we needed.
I immediately felt welcome the moment I sat down! My server was Alyssa, she was honestly the most down to earth server I've ever had! She was very polite and made sure that I had everything I needed. Great food and great service. Every restaurant needs more employees like her.
The service was slow & we were there during off hours. The waitress was really good & let us know the kitchen was backed up. I had two beef tacos & they were decent. Could have used a little more seasonings for my taste. The restaurant was clean and appeared to have good handicapped accessibility.
Came here for dinner and had the BEST dining experience ever! Blake was attentive and so helpful. My husband went to make a bottle for our daughter and Blake made sure he had warm water for him without us even asking. He anticipated every need! We will definitely be coming back again soon!!
