All five stars for me. IHOP was an excellent night cap after an evening of Christmas exploration downtown. From the Myriad Botanical Gardens, sky bridge, to the lights and beautiful red Christmas ornaments outside of the Devon tower. It made for an excellent evening right in downtown OKC.
Stopped in for a quick breakfast before traveling for the holiday. Our server, Kay, was very energetic and super nice. She gave us the right amount of time to search the menu and wasn't overbearing. The food was good and I had the Wonka biscuit, which was too sweet for me but it did have an excellent flavor. We will definitely be back.
We got to IHOP very late on a Tuesday night after a concert. They are only open until 11 except on the weekends. It was not busy there at all, and there was only 1 waitress working. It took about 45 minutes to get seated, but our waitress was great, and the food was surprisingly good for being so close to closing. I had a crepe combo with the blueberry and lemon ricotta crepes. I wasn't a fan of the ricotta. It was really sweet, it's almost like cinnamon roll frosting.
Very family oriented ihop. The server was on point. She was very attentive and our orders were made perfectly. You can tell that the server and cook have great teamwork capabilities. The food was hot and delicious. Our drinks were always full, and the coffee was never cold.
We went for a late breakfast at 1 o’clock. The restaurant was obviously understaffed. The wait time wasn’t too long and our server Kay was running around taking care of all of the tables. She did an outstanding job considering the situation. We left happy.
The all-star is the best deal. I had fried eggs and sub the turkey bacon along with a side of grits. Awesome service.
Stopped here for brunch, and it wasnt very busy. Not a whole lot of parking in the area but we knew that and didn't mind walking. Our server Aspen was amazing and took excellent care of us. She even went above and beyond when my spouse forgot their phone when we left, Aspen brought it out to us after we called about it. There was only one cook on shift but the entire staff appeared to be helping each other out. They kept the coffee flowing during our meal and tbh the coffee here was better than the IHops I've been to in KS. Overall good vibes!
Had a lovely midnight breakfast after the Hozier concert. It was obvious that manglement didn't check the event schedule and they were woefully understaffed. Even still the ladies who were there hustled like crazy doing double duty waiting tables, cooking, hosting, and bussing.
The staff deserves a raise, the management needs a performance review and improvement plan for dropping the ball as to not staff when a international multi platinum musician is having a show literally around the corner.
Very busy and understandably so as the customer service was top notch. Would definitely return if the staff was the same. Good job ya'all.
Had the best waitress iv ever meet. It was 4 am she was working alone and she was so nice ibwish I could remember her name she had lost a baby and my heart will never forget her story my prayers go out to her and I'm blessed to have got the chance to hear her story she was great and very welcoming I want her to know iv prayed for her since then and I hope things get better
