I’ve never had a bad experience eating at Chick-Fil-A, but my favorite is the location at memorial and Penn. The owner Rey, and his staff are outstanding! Never seen an owner more involved in the operation of his business and dedicated to getting in there with his employees to get the job done. Just good people! Customer for life

Had a good lunch at this Chick-fil-A recently. The spicy chicken was expectedly good, tasted just like it is supposed to taste. Cross fries with the set were fine and large lemonade was sweet but refreshing.
This was our first time going to this location but grandma and I had a wonderful experience. Even though it was busy at lunch, the food came out faster than we could get our straws and find a table. Staff were so sweet, one rushed to the door to hold it for her, she doesn't get around as easily as she used to but even though I was there to help her, he was quick to be a gentleman and get the door for her.
Nothing short of phenomenal.
I ordered on the app. I went through the drive-thru and had to add something when I arrived. The transaction happened seemlessly and without any issue. It is such a great business model for customer service.
Chick-fil-A is one of the best managed fast-food restaurant in the US. The staff always greet you and handles your orders in a warm, courteous & professional manner.
Due to covid, they are only serving the drive through. But what a creative efficient manner in which they have addressed the through. I believe management has taken Lean Six Sigma training.
Instead of a single order being taken at the speaker, they have multiple staff meet you at your car with a mobile app, take your order, you drive forward and they bring your order to you.
This protects them, you and quickly and efficiently moves cars foward.
First time using their curbside service. They have it figured out, took about a minute for my food to come out.
Service always great but this location was over the top. Young clerk was so helpful, held doors for me so I could eat outside. Look for Chick-fil-A when I travel ,never disappointed.
I went through the drive thru and this guy named bashir took my order, genuinely one of the best service in a fast food setting and the food was great
They are amazing and my order I'd always correct and comes out fast and hot

This is such a busy place, it's hard to get in. My daughter #AllysonHoare is a life long fan, though she doesn't agree with some of the political errors the company has made in the past about gender, she sees they have a history and a great chicken sandwich and lemonade. We all as a family miss the 🥕 carrot raisin salad and the actual full plate breakfast. My Mom and I as Senior Citizens enjoy the restaurant at breakfast, and would like the scrambled eggs platter with the chicken biscuit to return. This week, I did a walk-in take out order for a mini-ckn biscuit entree and a ckn biscuit meal with coffee and hash browns rounds.
I thought I had a complete order, but found I was short the minis.
Since I was already at my destination and needed to stay, I couldn't go back and get the missing item.
We enjoyed the breakfast none the less and like this breakfast routine as it is not jammed with people and we like the food.
