Hello The cashier Jamillah is the most sweetest little girl I came across on the other note the manager has the rudest attitude towards her and the cook these girls always working hard every time I come to this restaurant both girls keeps a smile on their faces , keep a good conversation , and takes well care of my needs for those who complains about they service is completely wrong , my opinion they do their jobs well , work extremely hard they make sure there’s a clean environment and i never get a negative vibes from them . I just wanted to post my review because they sweet and deserve better than how people treat them .

I ordered the baked ziti with sausage, which came with garlic bread sticks. Stacey the cook did an outstanding job. Everything was delicious. And the cashier Jamillah was absolutely charming. She never stopped smiling and even though I got there shortly before the dining area closed, she allowed me to sit, and continued to talk with me while she did her clean up. I hope I can pass this way again soon.

It was pretty good got the Fettuccine Alfredo and a Salad. The customer service was on point and they were nice , let me take my time ordering when they knew it was my 1st time trying this place. I would reccomend going here if you want to try out a little lower class Italian spot, but it's still 5 stars in my eyes for the good customer support and food!!

This was my first time eating at Fazoli's. This location was inside of a Travel Centers of America. I wasn't sure what to expect eating at a pay before dine-in restaurant. I chose the ultimate Alfredo combo which consisted of a dinner salad with red wine vinegrette, unlimited bread sticks and a drink. They brought out the Alfredo to the table and shredded fresh parmesan cheese to order. The food was great, and the staff was super friendly. I will definitely be back.
