This place is very good. The food was delicious!! The fish is so good and clean tasting. And the shrimp and fried green tomatoes are also excellent..... The staff is very friendly and courteous....... I would recommend this place anytime.

Delicious #Southern food. My only complaint was that some of the okra in the #gumbo was undercooked and difficult to eat. Overall great experience, friendly employees and exceptional service. I'll definitely be back!

Can I rate a business more than 5 stars!?!? Wow wow wow ...give me YOURhands so I provide more than 2 thumbs up. Cruising through the area on the way to work... Life changing decision was made - stop in at Sam's!!! Greeted by a fantastic menu up on the wall. I placed my order and went with a Shrimp Po boy... needless to say I feel as if I time traveled to the bayou! The shrimp was overflowing on the sandwich. The fries were seasoned just right the hush puppies were an add on that will now be a staple in my ordering of the future. I can't believe the amount of food I got for a little price. I have leftovers and that is not a bad thing ....my office now is graced with the after effects of the phenomenal lunch. Had several coworkers jealous of the deliciousness I just experienced! I will return to knock out more items on that endless menu! Thank you fo taking on my hunger! Respectfully, Bryan Moore Oklahoma (Location down in Moore is requested from me)

Was def skeptical about this place, but loved it! Great value and flavor. The fried shrimp was some of the best I've had. I'd recommend. What is pictured was $12.99

Excellent fish and shrimp platters. La Baguette deserts. Unique tarter sauce. Lots of seating and comfortable atmosphere. Reasonable prices and large portions.

This place I will visit as much as I can. I had a #30 catfish,chicken and shrimp with fries and green beans. It was a Very good thing I was hungry. It all was so good I couldn't stop eating till there wasn't anything left. The staff were great.

We are not from Oklahoma City and this is the first time we've ever went to Sam's Southern Eatery. We were pleasantly pleased with the size of the catfish pieces and the kindness of the young lady at the register. I had the four piece fish with two sides meal and the four pieces filled me up and then some. The catfish was delicious. My wife enjoyed the fried green tomatoes. The fried okra was fresh and crunchy on the outside, as it should be. The creamy coleslaw was delicious and had the right texture without being too wet. Sadly this location looks like a struggling establishment and there is external deterioration on the walk and steps around the restaurant. Also the baseboard all around interior walls is missing. We were there between 5:00 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. in a Monday and there were only four customers that whole time. I think they are struggling with the location they are in as well. I wish them luck because they really do have a good product with a very flexible menu.
