Wendy's

Placed an order for online pickup 10 minutes before arriving, only to sit in the drive through for 15 minutes with no movement. They would only serve one car at a time, and wouldn’t take the next cars order until the previous car had received their order. After getting fed up, I left the drive though to go inside to pick up my order, only to find the doors locked. Ended up just canceling my order and going to McDonald’s where I had no problem.

I ordered my food on the app as I was pulling into the driveway I clicked I'm here managed to park and I waited and I waited and I waited. I waited approximately 15 to 20 minutes in the curbside parking spot. I wanted having to go in and they're set my food on the counter drinks and all Frosty's starting to melt drinks watering down and I was told and I said other than that food was good but cold

I went to order my food a customer came in and had cold fries and cheese, I ordered my food the spicy chicken sandwich was burnt and hard like it been reheated multiple times. My friend also had the same with her order ,the tables were dirty not cleaned. All the employees were in the back talking not looking like they were busy. No sad to have an experience like this.

I usually love Wendy’s but not this one… The tables were sticky, we waited for 20 minutes to get our food, the cashier was very unprofessional. She kept putting her hands in our cups, chicken nugget containers and fry containers… how disgusting! She also manage to drop my friends food and get half of our order wrong. The soda machines were also weird and every single thing I got tasted more like carbonated water than soda. All of our food was all shriveled up, dry, and cold as well. This will definitely be an experience for me to remember but not in a good way.

I had a very horrible experience at this Wendy's. The food was nasty. The drinks were horrible. The staff were friendly but the food was definitely not worth the money that I paid. Don't think I'll be going back for a while. It was that bad. Hopefully they can get the food to taste better because it's one of the few places in town.
