Why is this place still open? Third time there, strike three, YOU’RE OUT! I understand lack of help if that’s the excuse. The top of my bag of food was covered in grease from the employee’s hands.The employees could not have worked any slower! Waited for 20 minutes for two sandwiches. No sense of urgency, no “ thank you for waiting,” nothing. Those waiting around us could only say PATHETIC. That place gives Wendy’s a bad name. Embarrassing. 2.3 rating? Don’t you folks get it??

I mistakenly ordered a chicken sandwich during breakfast. The kiosk ordering system let me do it. The manager was exemplary in his professionalism, never faulted me, apologized for the kiosk mistake, and even went so far as to show one of his employees how to do a refund and train her. This was the best service I’ve ever had at the turnpike station. The manager Joseph should be commended. And the food was fantastic. Wendy’s far exceeds Burger King in Dunkin’ Donuts in their croissants!

Unfortunately the staff wasn't doing well that day. The manager was attempting to do his best but it was that kind of Sunday.
Had some pretty bland fries and some lacklusterful nuggets. The frosty was almost melted when they served it to us..

Extremely inefficient. Pour quality of Servive that the food looks like it was put together in a hurry. The same with every fast food place here. Poor employee quality with a low level of education. Never again. To top it off I was missing a sandwich. What a bad place to eat at. Even more. A badly cooked Berger. Don’t know what it had inside. It it was bad.

Worst establishment ever! Stay far away. Ordered my food and waited 20 mins. Saw others order after me and received their food. I went up to get a refund. A week later and the money still hasn't reversed back into my account.

Joseph and the manager were extremely rude and racist. Such a terrible experience. They ate my food in front of me after politely asking for my nuggets. I don’t understand this kind of treatment for someone who just wants food on his way to Universal. What a terrible business!

I was just visiting Florida. I was very unhappy and was treated very different from many other places I visited. Employee was very rude. I think some of them need better training to be nicer to customers.
