Gross!!! Bugs in the salad still moving I found two be carful when u buy the salad even after the exchange I saw one bug inside the salad moving around gross.

Excellent though pricey slice of 🍕 pizza at Villa Italian Kitchen at the service center off the turnpike ! I was starving and it was cheesy and filling !

They say presentation says a thousand words, the presentation at the drum service area on the Florida turnpike on the 17th of January 2022 was the worst I've ever seen the food was old the employees didn't care they didn't even respond to us being there and we walked away.
We know this is not villas policy we know that they normally have really good food and pizza but they really need to look at the drum service area on the Florida turnpike.
It would be very embarrassing

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE. I was traveling from orlando to miami, this happens today. 5/30/22 Me and my family stop here to get some food.. we ask for 2 large pizza. And is like to talking to the WALL. The disrespect and outright rudeness is the worst. You need to replace everyone from this place. Put a corporate presence to educate the STAFF. on customer services. Dont waste your time trying to eating in this place… they dont care what you asking there, they laugh at your face. Stop to grab a bite. The cheese pizza wasn’t good at all, it was just doughy. Definitely a waste of money. The lady wasn’t pleasant but the guy at the register was. They have other stuff on the menu that maybe good. I may give it another try & that’s a big MAYBE.

At 10:12 am, I came to the counter and said "good morning, at what time you open?"
The only response I received was "we r not opened yet" and not in a friendly tone, as she turned her back to me and walked away.
That was rude, i was polite to her. Sad to see the same attitude at the Dunkin.

I stopped for a plate of spaghetti
1st thing I noticed not properly drained of the water.
This woman takes the food rubbs it in the bottom soaking up water. Shakes her pushup bra trying to distract me. I paid 11 dollars for water soaked spaghetti with little flavor and over cooked
