Went to this location at 7:50pm. Tried to go to the inside and the doors were locked, and was signaled to go to the drive thur. Went through the drive thru and order 3 chocolate shakes. The lady that gave me my order rolled her eyes when she gave me the shakes. The shakes were like chocolate milk. We had to put them in the freezer to make them like shakes. As we were waiting at the window, there were customers on the inside. The girl at the window said " im sorry about that, we were cleaning up the inside because we are about to close". I came home and Google says they close at 10. I get being under staff, but the staff that was there didnt seem like they wanted to do their job.

This place is so dirty. And employees weren’t wearing gloves while digging around in ice cream cartons. Health department needs to be called there.

We pulled up to the drive thru 20 minutes before they were supposed to close and the person said they were already closed. If your not going to stay open until 10 then change your hours. This is not the first time we’ve gone here and had a problem.

The employees were friendly and the store was clean. We got the ice cream cake. It was very disappointing! Nothing like Dairy Queen or cold stone I would not recommend ice cream cake.

There are so many flavors to choose from and each one is delicious. Their cookies are nice and warm and there are as much toppings as there is ice cream flavors

Wow, didn't think it was possible to screw up ice cream and milkshakes. Spent almost $20 for 2 milkshakes and 2 small cones. Took over 20 mins to get them in the drive through and they had 3 people working. Milk shake tasted terrible and was watered down. Now I see why this place only has 3 stars. Plenty of other Dunkin Donuts around

Don't waste your time coming here for ice cream. Went to the drive thru at 7pm on a Sunday to be told that the Baskin Robbins was closed. They don't close until 11pm...
