Hard to give a review when you can never go because of their hours. I think they are missing the mark with their brand. I understand staffing shortages but even if they are only going to be open 6 hours they would be better off switching them to 2pm-8pm or 3pm- 9pm. By the time people get off of work and if you're a family, getting your kids it is past 5pm. Me and my family use to go there a couple dozen times a year for food or ice cream but now I can't say I remember the last time I was able to visit (its been years). Living in the area and talking to others about this I would say 9 out of 10 people say they don't go or can't go because of how early they close.

I just spoke to the owner after I wrote in a complaint to corporate. She spent 15 minutes giving excuses about why she can't hire more people to stay open longer hours. I understand the labor market is tough, but when you're speaking with a customer, you shouldn't be doing all the talking. Apparently, they have a line out to 175 when they open at 11am. If you want a hamburger, get there early for lunch. If you want ice cream after dinner, go somewhere else like me.

We go here at least twice a week & the staff are so nice! But please note that they are short staffed & are trying to find & hire the right people. Remember, the pandemic has affected a lot of businesses in a negative way. Let’s all be thankful for the ones that are still opened! Please continue to be patient with them! We’d hate to see them close! I SCREAM YOU SCREAM WE ALL SCREAM FOR DQ ICE CREAM!! SUPPORT THEM!!!!

Sometimes the best ability is availability. The problem with this location is that it’s only open from 11am-5pm. Myself and most people who like to have ice cream usually crave it after dinner. I usually eat dinner around 6 so if I’m going to have ice cream it’s going to obviously be past 6pm but this place isn’t open. I understand that in these difficult times it maybe hard to hire an adequate amount of employees who can be reliable but this is part of the fast food industry. If you own a franchise and cannot cater to the customers then it’s probably time to sell it. It’s a shame because I really enjoy DQ’s blizzards. Our business has recently been going to the local Rita’s and Coldstone Creamery instead. These places are open until at least 9pm.

The ice cream was good and the manager at the drive thru window was really nice but I had to wait in the drive thru for over 23 mins for service because they were short staffed. Also the inside lobby is closed to the public which doesn’t make much sense considering we’re past that point in the pandemic. Lastly their closing hours are at 5pm? Why? What’s the purpose of that? I’ve never been to a DQ that closes that early on a Wednesday afternoon. They really need to hire more people and expand their business hours to 8 or 9pm that would actually give people a chance to eat there in the evening hours. It’s a little frustrating & disappointing to say the least…..

-Inconsistent and unreliable hours of operation; closes at 5 pm daily, and sometimes closes unexpectedly before 5 pm! -Unreal expectations--I ordered the cheeseburger meal, upgraded to onion rings was $2 more, then asked for a honey mustard dipping sauce for the onion rings and was told it would be $0.63 for a freaking packet!!!!! -Unprofessional, rude and brisk employees. Thankfully another DQ closer to home is about to open, hopefully with better experiences than this location in Odenton, Maryland. The food is on quality there, but not worth the other aggravations.
