Trash location with oblivious staff. I've visited here on multiple occasions at various times of day; every single time, the location had mobile ordering turned off, citing "short staffing". However, the parking lot was empty and the drive through had just two vehicles in it (see included image). The staff is largely disinterested; the orders are seldom correct to the customer's specifications: extra skim milk was presented as barely above black. Would not recommend this location if you have other options along your commute.

If somewhere has the word DONUT in the name of it it should strive to have great donuts. This place is absolutely mediocre at best. The only reason we have gone here is because there are no other donut place options. They’ve also gotten my mobile order wrong TWICE. Today when I went I asked for it to be double checked since it was wrong previously. The person said they did but of course I get home and it’s wrong. Yeah, I could check it. But when there is 50 cars behind me and I’ve already waited 20 minutes I don’t want to hold the lines up anymore. I also ordered 2 orders of hash browns. There are 4 tiny hashbrowns in each bag. One bag they are all mushy and stuck together and the other bag they are rock solid. We aren’t going to be eating those. Honestly such a waste of time and money.

Jay and Akash are amazing! Their store has far exceeded any of my experiences at all Dunkin Donuts. One of the Baristas, Saraj went out of his way to enhance my beverage. Their location in Fort Meade is clean and their customer service is prompt and professional. Their store also plays really great music which creates the ultimate experience!

Great location, horrible service. The drive thru line is ALWAYS long in the morning which is understandable, but their service and wait time is ridiculous!!! Their inside lobby is NOT open still and it's crazy I have to wait in line for almost an hr just for 1 black coffee. Drive thru only.. what a joke!!!

Went here for ice cream as a treat for my family. I tried to order so many different ice cream flavors but they had none, except cherry (which is my favorite). When we got to the window after waiting on line for about 20 minutes, although we were the second car, we still had to wait for the lady to fix other people's orders. I know this because after she took the payment she walked away. I assumed it was too make my order. Wrong. She made shakes, different cream orders, and Donuts. After about 10 minutes she came back to the window and picked up my order that was already in a bag and was sitting there all along and gave it to us. The ice cream was really soft by then. Good thing it wasn't hot outside or it would have melted the instant I opened it. I don't know what sense that made. She should have just given me my order because I waited 30 minutes or more for the ice cream that was almost melted.

I arrived on lot at 5:15am and they open at 5am, I waited at the menu board and no one acknowledged me, so I drove up to the window and I saw 4 people associates inside and I tried to get their attention, either they didn’t see me or they were ignoring me. I drove around three times and waited at the menu board and still nothing. Even if they had issues someone could have said something. It was truly an inconvenience when this is the only coffee shop that I pass on my way to work and I really wanted/needed coffee this morning. Very poor customer service

Today I ordered a Large Hot Signature Coco Mocha. When I got home to enjoy it, it was a warm half filled small cup of something I refused to drink.
Lately I have returned orders that weren’t mine.
The service has gotten to be unacceptable. I live 5 minutes away and many times have gone to a different Dunkin that’s 15-20 minutes away.

They didn't have bags to put the food in and when they handed each item through the window one dropped to the ground. Their response was you touched it last even though the container was half open and they had just let go of it. All of this would have been avoiding if they could have just handed the customer a sack with the items in it instead of individual items through the window. After the item dropped the guy just looked at me as said what do you want me to do about it. I understand I literally was the last person to touch the container but passing half closed containers through the window and then providing garbage customer service afterwards is pathetic. I will just go to a different place for breakfast from now on.
Update: They also forgot to give me the hash browns I ordered and the receipt show they changed me for it.
