Mcdonald's

After working a13 hr day I picked up my family and headed to the park, first we stopped at this McDonald’s. What a fiasco . After waiting for at least 15 minutes in line I finally placed my order with all kinds of repeated communication and your total is before I was close to finished. Then had to sit in line for another ten minutes just to have the window guy give me the wrong drink then question me and requested to see the receipt… then claimed he was joking and handed me my correct drink.. it was not funny. Then get down the road to see that they forgot my youngest childs nuggets. Running a McDonald’s is not easy but they could definitely do better.

UPDATE so I went into the store and made my order in person. Tou cant fail this hard at life in fast food. This is why chick fila is going to destroy mcdonalds. see my pictures and tell me how epic of a fail this is. tou guys should make 3 bucks an hour. not even worth that much. Simple, cant follow basic instructions no trader extra cheese. but. nope.... and who asks for mustard in a fish fila. disgusting So I guess the drive thru at every McDonald's in Maryland is where they put the employees that can't count or take directions. Ordered three meals two were the same and one was not the same.... got three of the same meals. smh. I wish I could say your store was the only one. but it has happened at each store I have been to and it always happens. I guess from now on I will have to hold up the line and look at each item to make sure it is correct before pulling off. The mabageri food count must really suck during inventory. My Brothers store in the midwest would tell me all kinds of stories so I am aware of the issues of getting orders wrong. smh

As I went to take my order. I was trying to order something they lady cut me off from talking saying " If you were still ordering then why did you stop?" Well of course she cut me off from talking. Very rude. But the workers making the food were good at least. I suggest not going to this McDonald's at least.

If I could give no stars, I would. I won't visit this location ever again! I went TODAY (hasn't even an hour) for Sweet Tea. I usually don't attempt to eat my ice until after I'm done with my drink. I drink half of my tea to eat my ice and there is a little gnat floating at the top of my drink. And of course when you try to call, no one picks up.

This is the worst McDonald's ever. The manager Juan G. is extremely rude and inconsiderate!!!! No one seems to care about the quality of the food nor the satisfaction of there customers. This interaction was horrible. I definitely suggest that if you hungry to try the other restaurants in this immediate area. I never had this experience with them.
