Really disappointed in this location. I was going almost every morning for a Frostyccino, but recently I received a sandwich around lunch time that had a rock hard bun. (I thought no big deal, I'll just call and see if they will refund me for my money for just the sandwich... I'd spent about $30 for the whole transaction)... well I was wrong. It wasn't that simple. I had to call over 10 times throughout the day before I finally reached a manager at 6 pm when I had originally been trying to call since 11:30 that morning. The manager that I spoke to stated she would write my name down and said I would be refunded for the sandwich and she would leave a note for the manager working the morning shift, so they knew what was going on. Upon returning the following morning for a refund the manager working was rude and argumentative. She said she couldn't find a note and one wasn't left. After a few minutes an associate stated that she found the note for me. Not only did the manager fail to find the note she stated she couldn't refund me. What manager can't refund someone, especially with a receipt I had for the purchase and a note from another manager stating I had an issue and was trying to contact them multiple times for a refund. The associates that work there have always been pleasant and kind, but after the hassle of trying to get a refund and dealing with the rude manager, it ruined going there for me.

The restaurant itself is very clean. Food was prompt. The woman working at the counter never smiled ...plus she had braids going down past her butt. She did not have her braids tied up so whenever she bent over...her nasty hair was in peoples food and all over the trays. Very disgusting! Why did the manager not make her contain her hair and put it up 🤮

I was made to do my order on the self order.. got a dbl.stack ... it came with no bun and everything I did NOT want on it. Told them how it was wrong, they made another exactly the same way.... told them again, and they handed me a bun and said to make it myself. Also got kid meal for 2 yr old grandson and he didn't get his toy... the workers weren't very friendly and acted as though they didn't want to be bothered. Kinda saddened me as I love going here... itll be awhile if at all I go back.

Ordered double baconator and literally just had crumbles of bacon like what’s on a junior bacon cheeseburger, not the applewood bacon. They literally screw up my order every time I unfortunately go there. Medium fries were only about half full. The junior bacons were just literally thrown into wrapper. It’s a shame that they want $15 an hour and are not held accountable for horrible product.

I was grossed out tonight to watch the young man at the window grab a handful of ice from the soda machine with a bare hand and throw it at another crew member. This is repulsive behavior. When I called to talk to a manager I was hung up on. I spoke to "Ashley" on the second call and she dismissed the situation. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. My family will never eat there again.

Absolutely disgusting for a restaurant that has only been open a MONTH...our first visit inside. There were only two families in there and EVERY table was dirty,the counters were gross and straw wrappers and napkins every where. Had to ask for someone to clean off a table so we could sit down... ketchup pump was empty had to ask for packets... employee refilled pump about 10min later. Dining room floor was covered in salt from the parking lot and didn't look like it had been mopped in days. The handicap parking spot was never shoveled. I highly doubt we will ever make a return visit.
