Oakland House Of Pizza

Four of us were in the area and went here purely based on 2 things: One, they sell pizza. Two, it had a higher rating than the other place with pizza. What we got was way more than just pizza. I always forget to get names but I wish I had. As soon as we entered this establishment we were greeted with a warm "hello", followed by a polite, "let me know if you have any questions". After looking over the menu we all order. A reasonable time later we get our pizzas. Our delicious, fresh, well proportioned ingredient and tasty pizzas. I love that the lady who took our orders checked on us during our meal even though this is NOT a full service restaurant. To have never stepped foot in this business before and be treated like I was a regular was awesome! I will be happy to visit again and seriously appreciate their great hospitality!

Called in my order at 4:26pm for 2 pizzas to be delivered, the woman told me 45 min to an hour,I said ok. 2 hours later ,no delivery. I called to cancel the order,the guy says "it's on it's way it just left. Oh wait..hold on. Ok..they are in the oven,10 more minutes." I said no,cancel the order. Are you f-ing kidding me? If Lori still owns this place,she has let it go down hill. Second time this has happened and we are done. We were faithful customers and tipped well but customer service has turned to sh#$.
