Line around the building on a sunday. 20 min wait in drive through. Didnt get a spark so I went in. Half employees were on their phone including manager

Had to wait 7 min to get original chicken. Then they wanted something smaller than a 20 and my order was already 11 dollars.. like you don't have 9 dollars in the cash register. Btw it is 2 o clock in there afternoon

Omg save yourself a ton of money and a headache! Pull up on a Sat at 3:30 pm .. fryers not working and no “original” chicken and Girl was so rude., hollering “she don’t know when it will be ready”! And “longer than 30 mins”! Good grief it’s a chicken place! Every time I’ve been here it’s a hot mess express! Drive on by!

Wouldn't let me in unless I wore a mask. I have no problem with that. But while I was waiting on my order, the manager came from the office. That's right, she had no mask. When I mentioned it, she said she was in the office.

Manager was rude would not give receipt for food. Order was not right. Manager cussing employees. Chicken wasn't cooked it was an awful experience. Called Corporate on 2 24 20 to follow up on complaint and they couldn't find it so I made another one. Expecting a call back. Hoping to get some explanation of behavior of store. I spent close to $50 that day I was there. It wasn't worth the money I spent and didn't get all my order. Employees are nasty playing with themselves and no gloves on handling food. This has been going on for sometime now. Manager seems to not care about it at all. It's just nasty and sick. Health department needs to know. Everytime I get food from there family gets sick. So people watch out for KFC/Taco Bell in Oakland Tenn. it is no good. BEWARE!!

2nd day in a row coming here and the staff forgets part of my meal and utensils."You forgot one of my sides". Comes back, "I got the wrong drink and you forgot my fork.".... Got the nerve to get an attitude with me. Trust me. I can throw an attitude.
