Drove an hour just to try this place and was not disappointed. Serving breakfast all day definitely adds points too. That Cap'n Crunch French toast was glorious and the taste kinda reminded me of a jelly donut. No complaints with the rest of my meal and it was all very good quality.

someone at an adjacent table lose a bet that I wouldn't be able to finish all my food. I'm known for my appetite, so that made my day. Overall a great experience!

I was sorry to find that the Diner no longer offers creamed chip beef on their breakfast menu but I did find the buckwheat pancakes and sausage gravy a great alternative. The coffee still is weak & tasteless.

First time here with my Wife. We come to Oakland every September for Vacation and didn’t know this place existed. Great atmosphere and food. We will be back :)

What an adorable local diner, I stopped in with my boyfriend for breakfast on our way to Swallow Falls the food was standard, well done, breakfast. They have an amazing selection of pies and if it weren't the start of our day we would have gotten one.

Third Street Diner is at the Oak Mar Motel in Oakland, MD. You'll enjoy some good home cooked food. Pancakes are large & Fluffy. Throw some of their sausage gravy on top.......Yummy! Great cheeseburger as well. Don't forget the dessert case. You'll find many choices. Pina colada cake was excellent. Plenty of parking.😎😎
