Oh man, I truly hate to leave this review because I am the last person to ever speak up even when I'm upset. I've placed many orders from them through the slice app. They are usually late a few minutes yet still mark the order as "delivered" before it arrives. Never complained and brushed it off. Today I place an order at 5:01 pm. Slice estimated delivery was between 5:50 and 6:05 latest. So I called them at 6:25. I was put on hold for 5 minutes only to be told, "oh I'm sorry. I'll have the driver pick up your food as soon as he comes back." Wait, one hour and 25 minutes later and my food isn't even PICKED UP?! I understand it's never one person's fault so I said "I'm sorry but 90 minutes and not even a pick up? Why mark it delivered?". The driver arrives at 6:40. We open the box and the plain pie was a pepperoni pie. We chase the driver to give him the pie back. He was so apologetic but we made it clear it wasn't his fault. I call Frank's back and the employee although apologized many times, it's now 6:55 with no food and no compensation. He promised a new pie will come but this was just very disappointing.

Do not order from Franks pizza in oakland ever again. A few weeks ago I ordered a gluten free pie and clearly told the staff I have celiac disease and they gave me a regular pie. And tonite I ordered a pie and kept calling because it was not delivered 3 hours later They kept saying it was on its way. The order was never put in. Then we were told they would put the order in again and it would be delivered within 25 minutes. It took an hour to be delivered and when I called to complain the manager said the girl was new. No excuses. Horrible customer service. Shame on them.

the owner angelo spit in MY FOOD! the costumer service is terrible and i am embarrassed to have this pizza shop in my town! the waitresses were okay but overall horrible the experience was horrific abs i would rather drive to wyckoff pizza… btw: the crust tastes like wood try adding some seasoning

Ordered yesterday and was about 2 hours to get this. Onion rings were burnt rocks.. The French fried were just as burnt and hard..The entrees were cold..Been 20 year client but I cant support them anymore. Too many options to support a place that has no quality control..Or maybe they just don't care anymore.

Waited 105 minutes for the delivery, and it arrived with very little warmth.
(I live 4-6 minutes away...)
Frank's should be more willing to offer compensation for things that go wrong. There have been a few mistakes in orders now, and I can rarely get anything meaningful when I ask.
I have another place down the street to compare to, which gives amazing customer service and will often offer things like full sandwiches, delivered free, right away, for their mistakes. Maybe they spoiled me.
*We've only ate in at Frank's once, but it was fantastic. Would absolutely love to go back. It's like two completely different worlds.
