Oakland Burger King has redeemed itself with the kindness and professionalism of one in particular employee. His attention to detail and attitude exceeds all others. The assistant manager Mike paves the way for the success of his other staff and truly appreciates every single customer that comes into the building or his drive-through line. The words “We Love you and appreciate you” is loud and clear on the the receiving end. Thank you for making my Experience a great one. Upper management needs to recognize good leadership and reward Mike with a management role over his own location. Best Experience at Burger King I have ever had.

Well after a failed attempt to order the BK Spicy Chicken Sandwich here is the outcome. First must say the staff was super friendly. Fries were piping hot and delicious. Missing a bit of salt but overall nice flavor. Now you the self acclaimed Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It looked good at first glance and even opened up it wasn't a bad look. First bite had a strange slightly sweet undertone. Could have been the mayo or bun but not sure. The chicken was tender and the breading wasn't horrible. The sauce the breast was dipped in was likely the downer of the whole sandwich. It was a very mild sauce almost no flavor except a slight butter undertone. It was not designed for people who enjoy a kick of heat. Think the regular option may have been a better choice. Didn't do the deluxe version and that too may have been better to add the freshness of a tomato and some lettuce. In the Chicken Sandwich wars have to say this is one of my least favorite version. I had great expectations based on initial fanfare. For sure better than their original BK processed Chicken option. Not likely to try again except to see if traditional is better.

I do not go to Burger King a lot, but when I do, the burgers and food is hot. This time I ordered the number nine fried chicken sandwich meal. I needed something quick on the way to church. This was the perfect stop. The wait was not long. I went through the drive through the order taker was nice and I was on my way. Exactly what I needed.

It was the worst, mold was hanging out the drink machine, one of the employees stated that "it might be bugs cause it was hot outside". The manager/trainer stated once we told her " it's not my store, I'm just training them." Her name she said was Bre. Then we asked for a plain chicken sandwich meaning nothing but bread and chicken. Bre had an attitude with that, and we t to the back and proceeded to ask " is she still in the building." Not to mention that she asked if we wanted anything extra so we can stop complaining after telling her about the issue with the drink machine in the lobby.
