Just your typical tasty KFC. I like the potato wedges better than the mashed potatoes. Therefore I always ask to be substituted. Keep in mind that their mashed potatoes are made from dry potato powder. That's why I never eat order them. The eating area looked bright and clean. Service was just acceptable. I ordered a 3 piece meal but ended up with 2 pieces only. When I went to reclaim my other piece there was no apology at all. Instead the girl gave me a suspicious look. Then the spoon for the coleslaw was missing. So I was dealing with quite a forgetful crew. It's not that the store was busy. I was actually the only person inside. The store itself is not far from Oakland downtown. I guess it's in a semi safe area. By the way there was a security guard by the door. So it tells you something. A plus to this KFC is there is a parking lot and a drive through. So no need to fight for street parking.

So I ordered a 10 piece hot wing. 8 of them were undercooked! Tried to get the attention of one of the employees but she ignored me until I had to raise my voice. I guess the manager or assistant manager FINALLY came over to find out what was wrong. Very non chalant about the whole thing. Waited another 10 minutes for a fresh fully cooked order. Won't come here anymore. Rude service & undercooked food! Should have went to Popeyes!!!

Not my favorite KFC only because they take forever at lunch! I've timed myself from the time I entered the line... 23 minutes!! That's not fast food! And 8 minutes was being on hold at the speaker. And then I get to work and there's barely any mashed potatoes or cheese (myfavorite) in my bowl of gravy, chicken and corn. 😒

We went there at 10:45 am on a Sunday. The door was open but no one was at the register. We waited for a few minutes then started to yell to see if someone was there. Our shouts were met with silence until a few minutes later someone with a broom and headphones in shouted that people where here. We decided after waiting for more than 10 minutes total it with no appearance of a clerk, it wasn't worth it.
