Burger King

cant expect much from a fast food chain. i go here because it close to the job site. everytime i go here, its the same lady. and its the same attitude, the same tone at the speaker. rude and just sounds like she does not want to be there. i get it. and it doesnt bother me. you work there, not me. this review is about the food, the way ordering the food, the way the food is prepared and the way you get your food. first off, im the guy who sticks to what he knows. so i order the same thing everytime. whopper meal, with cheese, extra onions. I NEVER HAVE IT MY WAY, EVER!...bk, your slogan is "have it your way"...at least try to live up to it. when i ask for extra onions, i dont mean 1 extra ring...at least put twice as much as you would normally use...at least...BUT NO, it looks like just 3 small, skinny rings...you might as well have given me only the onion skins...cmon man!

This location is open while under construction. Homeless people sitting up against the building. Exterior is dirty and not well maintained. Staff is not very pleasant. They didn't have the ghost pepper nuggets available nor did they have lemonade, rasberry tea or diet Dr pepper. My order was accurate and fast and they offered the 2 whopper meals for $12 when other locations don't.

This place is the most inconsistent resturant I've ever been too. Some days they accept ebt other days they don't some days the door is unlocked some days it's not. The night shift will straight up deny your order if it's to hard to make. Supposedly the ebt machine was stolen? You cannot call they never answer the phone all around great food if you can actually place a order.

Wait, wait, wait some more. The people are fine they just seem over worked and underpaid. I should know because I've actually worked at this exact location before. The drive thru literally took 30 minutes for me to go through. They had no soda for drive thru, only Powerade and pink lemonade. I had to make two orders but that option was not available in drive thru today. I had to go inside the Burger King to order my second order. The second order got to me a lot faster than the first one. They also have soda on the inside, hooray! Now for the kicker, I ordered some of the new funnel cake fries. They are wonderful tasting, however mine seemed to be cold. Stone Cold (not Austin). Now I understand they are understaffed and all but I expect better effort from the employees when it comes to my food. I only made 8 dollars an hour when I worked there, however I made sure that my quality wa.s on point with my service. I normally don't do this but I have included a picture of my funnel cake fries. They were horrible. If you must go there you have to be patient with the service.

I ordered a buy one get one for $1 I was not only overcharged due to the employee not applying the discount but I then was charged twice for the same order and the discount wasn't applied either time. This is unacceptable. The way it was handled was unacceptable. They told me they overcharged me and they couldn't do anything I will have to call. I called it rang and rang and then it hung up. So I am leaving a bad review to anywhere I can. You can't treat people like this and steal there money. It's not right.
