Kind of slow. Had to wait forever for someone to come to the window I had a pick up order. Food.was barely finishing after the pick up time. Hot and fresh. Frozen Tyson chicken strips. Burger had nice flavor fries need some salt.

Maybe I made a mistake by not getting a burger like past reviewers but I wanted to be different so instead I got a Fish Burger. It was basically like 3 fish sticks fried with tartar sauce and shredded lettuce. No flavor at all! For almost $7 for the sandwich alone i would rather have gotten 2 or 3 Filet-O-Fish sandwiches from McDonald's seriously! I will come back because I want to try a burger next time as well as a shake. Place was rather small but clean and the young lady that took my order was very polite! Hopefully a burger can encourage me to give them more stars next time! They accept debit, they have outdoor seating and even a order window outside if dont want to order inside.

I wish 0 stars was an option. Worst food I've had in a long time. Didn't even mix my milkshake for me. Basically just threw the ingredients in a cup and I guess expected me to do all the work. At $6 a shake they should be ashamed.

Always enjoyed the food here growing up in Oakland. This is a great place to get a great local burger, especially when you are tired of the food chains around here.

I don't know what's going on with them. The quality and care they put into the food is diminishing. Poor hamburger patties are thin and shrinking... But let me tell you their milkshakes reel me in.

This place is a jewel. It sits between 2 major chains and have always opted to get a shake or float from them because the ice cream is so good. I tried a burger for the first time. It was incredible. Best juicy, grilled burger I have ever had in Oakland.
