Bartender didn't acknowledge me until after some time. He knew I was standing there, but did not even say anything like "Hello, I''ll be right with you" or anything like that. He even served the person who came in after me some type of double strength drink, to go, before serving me. Coincidentally enough, I saved that person a ton of money by letting them know their trunk was open when they parked behind me. When he finally did make my drink, he literally said "there you go" in the snarkiest voice, upon serving me. Last, but not least, I bussed my own table when leaving (I also work in the service industry), and even the barback at the bar didn't say "thank you", or a single word to me. In fact, I don't think I heard anyone on the staff say "thank you" to anyone at any time while I was there. In a place that lives & dies on its service (it is the "service industry", after all), I received extremely poor service from all staff working the shift I was just at. Then again, it was pretty full when I left, so perhaps I am not their "target" clientele/don't look like the people they want at their bar.

Why would you have an inimical woman working at an establishment who subscribes to churlish behavior? Last time I checked, I’m the customer. I’m sure the establishment can read the room and incontrovertibly knows who I’m talking about. Please train the one employee on proper decorum. She should be cleaning bathrooms or washing dishes, not on the frontline. Maybe she shouldn't have gotten that Vax...

Love this bar. A chill, cozy bar with excellent cocktails and a coffee counter with snacks till 3. You can easily meet friends or do work here. Dogs are welcome! They have a small outdoor patio, and plenty of indoor seating. With skylights the place is well lite. I'm never disappointed when visiting here.
