Ole Ole Burrito Express

I really like the atmosphere here, and I had a totally good burrito. The only reason it’s a four and not five star rating in my book is because it’s a little hard to be comfortable in the seating they provide. A couple tables would go a long way, and make it a better hang-out space rather than just a food depot where you mostly want to take out.

After driving 20 minutes to pick up our phone order I got back home to realize the order was incorrect. I drove another 20 minutes back and they refused to correct it; telling me my girlfriend had ordered what they gave us which was simply a lie. I was there when she ordered it and we ordered what we wanted to receive. What is the point of ruining a relationship with regular customers and getting a charge back over beans? My girlfriend just had a 14 hour flight and just wanted a burrito with what she ordered on it. There are many other similar burrito places within 1/4 of a mile. Give another place a try and skip this one if you’d like to get what you paid for. Now I have to go somewhere else to pick up food. TL;DR Total time wasted: > 1.5 hours Order was not corrected. Called my girlfriend a liar. Try one of the many other burrito joints around here instead.

I lowered my rating after getting a taco from here today with very dry flavorless tofu, barely any sauce and dry stale seeming tortilla. It honestly looks horrible and this place was not busy at all so I'm assuming they barely even tried. I'd say for them to not have tofu as an option of they are going to treat it as if vegans and vegetarians don't eat tasty food with flavor.
