Yummy! I got three tacos and a pineapple juice. The tacos had al pastor, carnitas and fish. All good! The fish in the taco was huge. I asked a coworker if she of a good burrito place and she directed me here. The menu is big with lots of choices. Service is attentive and good salsa playing the background. Will come here again to try their burritos. Oh and the chips are fresh and warm.

This was my first time at El Gusano. A coworker recommended we stop here for lunch. It was pretty busy at noon. They are only open 11a to 3p so a busy lunch crowd was expected. The inside was clean with nice decorations, sufficient amount of seating and music playing at an appropriate volume. You can see the food being prepared at the front when you get in line to order. We called ahead so we went straight to the register to pay and pick up. There were only a few people ahead of us so the wait was long. I ordered the 1 item combination plate which came with a chicken enchilada, rice and pinto beans and a side of chips. Everything tastes really good but the enchilada is spicier than I anticipated. I wouldn't mind grabbing lunch here again. Prices were great and portions are generous.

I've visited this place for lunch twice in the last month. The first time I had the Mexican sandwich with chicken. It was very good. I dined in and there were enough seats for my party of four. The second time I ordered the fish burrito. I forgot to ask was the fish breaded which it was and im not a fan of breaded fish. It would've been helpful to note this on the menu. The burrito was huge but not very good and this time the place was crowded at lunch. I was solo and had to wait to sit at the bar. They also serve you chips and salsa if you dine in which is cool. I'll try it again in the near future but I won't try the fish burrito again.

Never had a deep fried burrito before but I'm happy I ordered it - very tasty and filling! The chips and guac were also good. The space was low key and the people were friendly. Would recommend if you're in the area!

The food, service and vibe here are great. My first visit I stuck to a classic, enchiladas, which were delicious. On my second visit I went for the salmon wrapped in banana leaves.... Perfectly cooked with unique spices. Solid (& strong) Margaritas. They surprised us with a nice complimentary desert. Definitely will go again.

I've been here twice, and both times were really bad. The first time I got a fish taco, and it was so soggy the tortilla broke almost immediately. The second time I got a chile rellano burrito, and it was really soggy also, and it had so much wet soggy pieces of shredded lettuce. I was pretty grossed out by the quality of food both times.

You know you've walked into a legit Mexican joint when there are kids' drawings of human skulls with colorful flowers drawn in. Honestly, I've had some good burritos since I've been here...Korean burritos...Mexican burritos...Punjabi burritos...more Mexican burritos. And then there was this burrito. It was awesome. The right amount of meat and beans. The wrap itself was fried or something. It was it was. It was wow. The chips were thin enough and crispy enough to remind me that they were fresh. To think that we just found this place on Yelp, randomly, is great. Overall, on a scale of Atheism and Westboro Baptist Church, this place is God Damn.

First off I heard this was a place was cool if you were looking for a good burrito...NOTTTTT. I ordered a Super chicken burrito with xtra sour cream, which totaled close to 12 bucks, all I can say is MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT, I will be sticking with Happy Burrito...After only 2 bites I opened the burrito and to my surprise there was no sour cream or guacamole although I asked and was charged for it, so wtbs I feel the need to write this review for such a sour salty place...luckily for them I didn't have time to return it, so I will see if my dog will eat it, review to be continued.
