Mountain Mikes Pizza

About a year ago we were treated poorly by the manager / employees on site when their own credit card machines were down. Just posting so management realizes the impact of poor service... Since that day we have avoided mountain mike's at all costs even though it is clearly the most convenient option for us. We have since hosted 20+ events in the past year at Berkeley where $5k+ went to a different pizza restaurant. Hope this chain learns to treat their customers better going forward.

I’ve come to this location several times and on each occasion I have received speedy service. While all of my orders have been takeout, this would be a great place to eat in as it has always been very clean and thanks to the many windows the dining area is bathed in natural light. At least one of the large TVs is on broadcasting a sports event. And yes, in addition to the speed and accuracy of my orders, my meals have been delicious.

1xlag pizza 29.99 1pzza cookie 6.99 3/2 liter sodas 11.97 delivery fee3.99 + taxes=59.46 charged over 70.69 told I was wrong: still waiting? For bank's decision: M.M.don't trustem!!! PS, I was told I had a 3.00 discount, I ask for chicken on pizza instead cost 2.99 but they charged me an extra 10.00 the lose of 3.00 discount plus additional 10.00 lousy pizza and they stole my money. This I will fight in court in small claims court if necessary. Mountain Mike's reputation/cut down because of pure greed. Horse manure!!!
